I asked them one week before coming out how much and what they would do by text and I told them they needed a crane. Scott told me through text that he would remove the entire tree. I sent a second text to verifiy with him and he said"Yes, whatever hit the building. We will remove, if there is a log attached to it still. We will remove that as well. when they came out, they could not do the job, because they needed a crane. So, I had to wait until next week after taking 1 and a half hours of my day to meet up with them, because I live 40 minutes away. The second time they called me from 813-863-0511 I did not get his name, but he reaffirmed that they would get the entire tree. I went out to meet with them and at the end they said they would not remove the bottom of the tree which stands 10' roughly even though I have two texts from Scott saying he would and the person who called that day said they will. They said insurance won't pay for it which he did not mention in any of his texts even after asking the second time. He did not even offer me a cost for me to pay to get it removed, Since he had the equipment and the men out there already. Very inconsiderate. He had the crane, men, and bulldozer out there. It would have only taken 10 minutes. He said whatever it took to get the job. I could have gotten another company to do it that was honest.
