He quoted a perfectly reasonable price (the same price as quoted by a larger company and less than two others). The larger company was unable to do it, citing another tree too close to the palms as well as their proximity to my house. Rohan was extremely careful and knew exactly how to take them down. He did so in less than 3 hours, cleaned everything up and even took care of another tree with a dying branch in my yard without my asking for it. I just cannot recommend or thank Rohan enough!

We had a 12pm appointment set up for the following week. The day came and at 12:05 no one arrived. I called the office and got a voicemail that said for a quicker response send a text, so I left a voicemail asking what happened to my appointment and followed up with a text as well. By 12:30, I remembered my neighbor had given me Shelby's personal number so I tried calling that but I also received a voicemail. Finally at 1:15 the office called and said they needed to reschedule with no other explanation than Shelby was on another job.
