Frank and his crew are miracle workers in the Arborist field. They were out exactly as promised, we're fully equipped, worked all day, communicated very well, and did an excellent job. I had 6 large palm trees which one had to be completely removed, it was dead and could've fallen on my house. I also had 2 large oak trees in front that had branches hanging low and was too thick over the property. They thinned out the Oak to give some sunlight, trimmed back all trees, removed the huge palm tree, and completely cleaned up the yard. Called the number provided in this Yelp page and spoke with a very pleasant person at their office. She informed that an estimator would contact me in the next day or two. That was last week and I still haven't heard back from them. The other companies I called for estimates came out the next day or the following day. This company apparently doesn't value potential business seriously. read more

Contacted the company through Yelp for an estimate. Got a call back a couple days later from a guy named Frank. We set up an appointment for him to come by for an estimate and he did not show up for the appointment, nor did he call to say he couldn't make it or needed to reschedule. Frank was the manager we worked with and he was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done safely and effectively. We had three laurel oak trees in a difficult spot on our property. To make matters worse the branches were intertwined with some electrical wires. Frank gave a good price and proof of insurance. His crew came out the following day and knocked out the project in 4 hours. They safely removed the trees that were hanging over our garage and next door neighbors house. They removed the logs and cleaned debris by blowing and sweeping up wood chips and leaves where possible. Wonderful Tree Service! My neighbor had a large branch break off and catch in a large branch from my tree and ended up dangling over her roof. Being 4:00 pm we didn't hold much hope for getting help. But Frank from Grant's Tree service came to the rescue. His efficient office staff knew where to find him in the field and he was soon on his way to the rescue. Single-handedly he was able to untangle and cut the damaged branches down. He came back today to clean up and haul every thing away.
