I met Josh and his team while they were doing tree cutting service for my neighbor. Even though, Josh and his team were busy at the time. They went out of their way to help me to do a few high dangerous cuts after finishing the job with my neighbor. Groskey Tree Service cut the limbs flush to prevent unnecessary future branches (as per my request) and performed some high limbs cut (which was dangerous). Fortunately, Josh and his team had the skills and right tools to cut three (3) pine tree limbs about 80 feet high. Although I was concern about the danger, but these guys are good and knew what safety measures to take to cut these high pine tree limbs safely. Furthermore, they did a fantastic job in cleanup. After the wonderful experience with Groskey Tree Service, we decided to only use Josh and his teams to prune and cut/remove our trees. We have been using Josh's tree cutting services for years now. I honestly don't think that I will ever change nor go to another vendor to cut/prune my trees. His estimates are reasonable/realistic based on the difficult and amount of cuttings. Josh always kept his words on his estimates/cuttings which I respect a lot. My family are really happy with his team's professionalism, tree cutting services and cleanup. Josh and his team go out of the way to ensure that we are happy before leaving the job. Josh will explain every detail of your job. His team will not stop until the job is complete and everything is back to normal. This latest job was taking down a large diseased sylvester palm in a bed surrounded by small viburnum bushes. We always get 3 different price quotes on every job. Josh's price quote was right on target. Using Josh and his team felt like having on old friend over for dinner. Quality people and quality work. Once the palm was down and the roots ground out of the bed, there was an irrigation leak. Josh would not leave until that leak was repaired. I have used the Groskey Brothers Tree Service for the last 2 years on my heavily wooded property. Their team has taken such good care of us in so may ways. They have spotted not only high dangerous limbs before they fell, but took extra time to safely grind roots while protecting my other trees such as our many Cypress. Josh has kept in good communication as the project goes along throughout the day. They do a good cleanup, and are willing to spend the extra time to satisfy their customer before they leave the job. They do not split up their crews and barrow machinery and a manager is always on the job in person. I requested palm tree trimming for 2 Cabbage Palms and one 30+ ft. tall Washingtonian Palm. Josh returned my voicemail within one business day and we scheduled the service day. They crew were all polite and attentive to the in-ground irrigation lines as well as our paver pathways. I was fascinated by their remote control bucket lift. My neighbors have used their services for years but this was our first time. They were extremely affordable for the expert services performed. The trees look better than ever and the clean up left the yard immaculate. Even the blooming orchid attached to one of the trees was unharmed. They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and at a very fair rate. We had other quotes, on competitor told us other trees would need to come down. Groskey told us the truth even though it cost them additional business. It's rare to find a business that operates with integrity and honesty.
