She went with them as they were the cheapest quote and seniors are on a budget. Welp... you get what you pay for. I spent half a day cleaning the debris they left in her driveway. I'm not sure how other companies do it but they put a pickup truck in the side front yard to pull whatever they were cutting. Initially Sam told my mother they would fix the ruts left in the yard. Then came the issue of them not being able to remove the trunk because it would mess up the yard even more. He asked if we wanted it left or gone. He said the kids can play in it and I a was like yes that's fine. Just don't cause more damage to the lawn. So he tells his men to continue working. Come out the whole trunk was gone and the lawn was a wreck. When I asked about them telling my mother they would fix it... he says fix what? It's mud! So at this point we have the ruts and compacted lawn from front to back. The neighbors are upset because they came into our lawn through theirs so part of their yard is also damaged. So he comes back the next day, debris pile as tall as the house is still in the whole driveway, and blows leaves into the deep mud ruts as if it was going to fix them. He sends a truck to pick up the debris and it didn't all fit in the yard so he calls me and says he'll be here to finish the next day... so now we're on day 3. So he send another guys with a pickup with the bed the sauce of like a Tacoma. The guy makes two trips and never returns. I asked Sam if it would be clean by end of day and he said yes. Next day comes no one returned. Next day Monday morning I'm outside my mother's house for 4 hours cutting, tying and bagging the debris. I don't want to hear excuses. If my mother would've been alone I don't know what would've happened because she couldn't have done that work herself. My advice... unless you want to finish the work yourself AND have to fix your lawn... don't go with the cheapest estimate! In this case it was this company. See pictures. I gave ample time for results before reviewing. They did the work last Thursday and it's Tuesday.

With permission from our neighbors, they went over and trimmed several trees. They arrived on time and finished the job in a few hours. I have attached before and after photos. They also trimmed our huge oak tree from overlapping branches over our neighbors yard. They cleaned up the yard and didn't leave any branches behind. This is our second time we used RWB for removing a tree about 4 years ago. We and our neighbors were very satisfied with the results.

He quoted a perfectly reasonable price (the same price as quoted by a larger company and less than two others). The larger company was unable to do it, citing another tree too close to the palms as well as their proximity to my house. Rohan was extremely careful and knew exactly how to take them down. He did so in less than 3 hours, cleaned everything up and even took care of another tree with a dying branch in my yard without my asking for it. I just cannot recommend or thank Rohan enough!

They own their own giant crane that lifted 2,000 lb segments over our 2 story home. The crew was professional and a pleasure to have on our property. Safety was their primary concern. We've used this company for almost ten years and had even recommended them to friends who hired…read morethem. Last year was the first time their work was problematic, and their response was as surprising as the mess they made. We hired Budget to trim a tree with branches overhanging our roof last summer. When they cleaned up the debris, they raked against the grain of the shingles and pulled up shingles all over the roof. In addition to destroying the seal, they raked the debris from the trimming process under the shingles which prevents them from laying flat and allows water to get underneath. Their workers also dragged trash cans filled with the debris around the roof leaving drag marks all over the roof. After a couple of months of the rainy season, we started getting leaks all over the house. In the last few months, we have had to fix leaks in almost every room of the house. Since there were no hurricanes last year, the only thing that disrupted our roof since last summer was Budget Tree Service. I contacted the company immediately after they raked up our shingles and their initial response was that it was my word against theirs. They sent someone to look at the roof. That person over-estimated the age of our roof by 16 years and accused me of lying when I corrected him. They then checked permitting records which verified that I was correct. The fact that he thought the roof was so much older is evidence of how much damage they did and how widespread the damage is. Although the owner offered to repair the roof, none of the roofing contractors that I spoke with recommended repair because the damage was so extensive and widespread. Two declined to give me a repair estimate at all. The one that did provide an estimate specifically said that they would not guarantee the work. When I told Dale, the owner of Budget Tree Service, about the contractors' recommendations, he said he wanted his own inspector to inspect the roof, which I immediately agreed to. A month went by with no inspection. When I was able to reach Dale, he had one excuse after another but kept saying that he was looking for an inspector. After a month, Dale had his attorney send us a collection notice. We paid his bill, but the damage that his workers caused is ten times the amount of his bill because it looks like we will have to replace the roof. This company has been trimming our trees for almost ten years and we have never had any disputes before and always paid promptly. The previous time we replaced our roof, we specifically scheduled tree work before the replacement to avoid the chance of damage to a new roof, which they expressed appreciation for. We are surprised that their workers, who must often work on roofs, would not know that it is damaging to pull up shingles and not to rake against the grain of the shingles. And we were completely floored by their response when we contacted them about the problem. Their default response to anything I said was to accuse me of lying, while not being truthful themselves.
