The neighbor next door hired this company to trim MY tree - I heard the sound of tree trimming and walked out to find that people were cutting branches off of my tree - geting ready to shred them - the neighbor made absolutely no effort to let me know she had hired anyone to trim the branches growing over her lawn - which is full and quite green - the branches of my tree were not impeding anything on her property... I get that the neighbor had a complete legal right to trim any branches hanging over her property and I get that this company only had to do what the customer ordered done... I think there should be some way for a company to know that the owner of the tree and property has been notified in writing of the action taken regardless of who is actually paying for the branches to be cut - those people were trespassing on my property - they should have at least knocked on my door prior to starting work... I mean - can someone randomly order a company to cut another person's property - like someone on another street - if it is deemed by that initial person that a tree needs to be trimmed regardless of the location... Does this sort of thing happen frequently??? The tree will be trimmed completely at the appropriate time of the year - this was NOT a good time for any tree to be trimmed - however it will not be trimmed by Monster Tree Service of North Dallas... Several years ago this company did a great job trimming this same tree - however I cannot support a company who would go behind my back to trim my tree without my knowledge and trespass my property at the same time.

I hired Arboriculture Services to trim my beautiful tree in my front yard. They sent me a picture…read moreof where the tree was split and needed to be removed. It went from $500 trim to $1700 to cut tree down and remove the stump. He said he could not remove the stump that day but would come back. After several days of not hearing from him, I texted him and told him the stump needed to be removed and to not grind it down. I told him I need to put a tree back in that spot because HOA requires it. He said just put the tree somewhere else which I do not want to do since I had a beautiful stone wall built around the tree and flower beds. First, it would look ridiculous and second, my yard is too small to put the tree somewhere else outside of the flower beds He was worried about breaking the wall. I told him to try not to but if I had to get repaired I would. After not hearing from him again, my son-in-law called him. He called me after that very rude and said he didn't appreciate some man calling him. I asked for a refund of the stump removal cost several times since and he will not return my call or respond to my texts or phone calls. I would never recommend this man or company to anyone!!!
