We live in a townhouse, and his care not to hit plants, cars, and wires was appreciated. Delivery measured just over a cord and nearly all the pieces are ready to go, so the ax will be tucked away most of winter. The wood did come with a fair amount of loose bark, but I used it for mulch around the racks. Only downside is the wood is seasoned but not bone dry (we've had a lot of rain), leaving it in the house two days before use dries it up plenty though. I will be ordering from them again.

In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system. He and his crew were all so helpful, pleasant, and respectful of the yard and garden. Despite all the heavy branches that needed trimming, there was no damage to anything and cleanup was above and beyond.
