Called 5 times to get another quote for a trimming. Had an appointment that no one showed up for and no one called to reschedule. I received a ridiculously high quote from Tree Nanny for a simple tree trim. The quote was double what I wound up paying for a fully-bonded and established competitor. Interestingly enough, my first review was removed because per Yelp: "We wanted to let you know that we've removed your review of Tree Nanny Tree Service LLC. Your review was brought to our attention by the Yelp community, and we found that it fell outside our Content Guidelines because it did not provide enough detail about your customer experience." What a loop hole; So, I am explicitly commenting on my customer experience -- it was curt and the customer rep seemed marginally interested in the job or in working with me to win me as a new client. The woman I spoke to sent me a quote via a picture and never called back for follow up. I felt they weeded me out -- no pun intended -- because the job was not big enough. read more

The reviews on yelp are spot on. We had two other estimates, one of which was twice as much as Chris quoted us. I rarely review on yelp but felt compelled to do so based on the quality of Chris' work. He was thoughtful, thorough and so kind. He even knocked some money off the price because he wasn't able to do one small part of the job because the tree was loaded with bees and wasps. (And he will come back in a couple of months when the bees are gone to finish the job.). He was so knowledgeable - I can't recommend him enough. read more

Very reasonable rate; owner does the tree climbing himself. Wrote down on the proposal what was to be done for the tree trimming job. They brought a truck to haul the debris from the job. All the cut branches were brought down gently to the ground thru rope. Very pleased with the result. Highly recommended. read more

Everyone was quick, professional and friendly. They did a great job trimming some trees overhanging our house and our neighbor's house as well as removing a dead bush. They took precautions to not disturb anything on our deck and did an excellent job with the clean up and hauling off debris. I would definitely hire them again. found these guys by mistake, but really glad i did. chris is very responsive and got back to me very quickly if i had a question. he worked with my somewhat crazy schedule and did a great job. he pruned three very large trees and hauled away some other stuff from a preexisting brush pile. he also gave me some good tips about managing some of the smaller bushes on my property. i will definitely call them again if i am in tree need. read more

Professional every step of the way and even stopped their work to allow me to confer about pruning my favorite trees near the house. Highly recommended. We have two huge trees on the back of own building. The only way to bring out those branch is Thur the basement or other people backyard. It is a very tough job, but Christ give up very good price.
