TreeLogic is nothing but the best. They show up on time, provide outstanding services and clean up the property perfectly. I needed an arborist to remove a dying tree and have it replaced. The crew worked diligently and after several hours until the old tree was gone. A new tree was planted and it's certainly more beautiful than I ever expected. Requested the removal of 3 shrubs and 1 small palm tree. Quote was fine. Work was fine. I expressed concern to two different employees about the sprinkler line underneath. Both employees said not to worry. If anything happens, they will either fix it or pay for it to be fixed since they caused the damage. Well guess what, they did break it all over. The worker at the house pointed it out. We spoke about it. He said owner would get it fixed. They never called me to set up a repair, so I called them. They never called back. So we fixed it ourselves. Did a better job than they probably would have done on the repair. Did an ok/fine job on the removals. Did a subpar job on everything afterward. read more

Craig came out to give me an estimate on various duties and it was on the pricey side but I figured I would get top notch service ... all duties were performed at an ok level and they were to come out 1 month later to finish trimming the palm trees in back yard ..... they were finishing pollinating ...... his crew came out and trimmed said palm trees but charged me again for the trimming. I showed the employee the first estimate/invoice that was paid for those trees already and called Craig to discuss it and he was extremely RUDE and accused me of trying to get work done for FREE. I was shocked at this so called owner talking to me this way. I've owned several businesses over the years and would never have talked to a customer that way ever !!!!!! The man shook my hand and looked me in the eye the first time and said that was all I needed to pay yet came back the second time and pulled that CRAP. Where I come from that is inexcusable for that lousy attitude as well as being rude to me and my wife. Needless to say I will never USE this company ever again. They are not welcome here and have already told my wealthy circle of friends how he conducts business. Good luck tree logic. Hello, After dealing with too many 'two men and a truck' landscapers who didn't seem to know how to properly trim trees, I decided to seek out some certified arborists who might actually know about trees. Living in south Chandler, the two best options that came up in my searches were Tree Logic LLC and Bartlett Tree Services. Both came and provided free quotes. Both impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. Tree Logic was smaller and closer to home and gave me a slightly better price than Bartlett. I dealt directly with the owner Craig Patrick who provided the quote and then came out and led his team to trim my many trees (Mesquites, Palo Verdes, Palms). They came early, were quiet, worked quickly, got my feedback when I showed interest in particular trees, cleaned up thoroughly, and just made it a very good experience overall. I gave Craig the comment that they took 'a ton' of material off the many trees but didn't leave things looking scalped at all. Just enough but not too much. We're very happy with the job they did. I had used them to trim back a tree and I was pleased. This year I asked them to do 2 orange trees. The price was $500 for both. I considered it high but then thought it would be done right. I had been sick for about 2 weeks and finally went out yesterday to check. It took them a little over 1 hour to trim the trees. To shape them they used a gas lopper .... and it looked it. Many of the ends of the branches were rough and broken. Even I know that is not a good thing. I spent an hour yesterday cutting dead branches out and removing cut branches that were left in the trees and cutting the end of the branches to be smooth. The hour was spent on 1/3 of one tree and there is still 1 and 2/3 of the job left. I cannot be bothered telling the owner... why.... because they were 3 hours late for my appointment and I was pissed. The owner called and said the previous appointment asked for more work to be done. Really. That's not how you treat anybody. I had the appointment. Any other worker would have said... "I am sorry but we don't have time today" and would rebook them. I should have cancelled then. I feel I got totally ripped off. I am sure the 2 guys were not arborists and my trees are butchered and it cost me $500!!! read more

This company was so professional! They showed up when they said they would and completely removed our tree. It was a 80 -90 foot silver dollar eucalyptus and now, it's as if it never existed at all. Crew did a great job but unfortunately they broke an irrigation line and now are refusing to fix it. Not only are they not going to fix a problem they caused, but are arguing with us as to they are insulted we are asking them to do the right thing!!! Poor poor customer service and this is after them wanting more money after the quoted price! We saw how hard the crew worked and WE DID THE RIGHT THING BY PAYING MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED!! I guess the Golden Rule doesn't apply to them! read more

Had a medium sized Live Oak taken down and the stump removed by Tree Logic today. Literally took them 2 hours from start to finish. What a pleasure to do business with. Very reasonably priced. The team at tree logic are true professionals. They showed up on time for the estimate. They showed up on time for the tree removal. They were highly skilled at what they do and to the letter did everything they said they would do without a single issue. I used Craig last September to trim 3 mesquites for me and remove 2 other trees and was super happy with the work he did. I recently had to have the 3 mesquite trees removed because the roots were beginning to damage the retaining walls and the neighbors' pools. My neighbor offered to pay for the tree removal. When Craig was finished, I went into the back yard to inspect the work before he was paid. There were clearly dips or dents in my artificial turf under where the biggest tree was. The large logs had fallen and left indentations in my turf. There was also another area where there were a couple of spots where the turf was melted. My small gate was also scratched up badly from large branches that had been dragged thru it instead of using the RV gate on the other side of the yard. When I pointed out these damages to Craig, he immediately became defensive, accused me of lying, blamed the indentations on the tree roots (they were indentations, not uplifted areas), and said I shouldn't complain because I didn't have to pay for the removal!! He accused me of "trying to pull something". I was shocked!! His lack of professionalism and his lashing out at me and accusing me of lying was beyond reprehensible!! As I continued to try and speak to him in a calm manner, he continued to yell and then stormed off. He collected his payment from my neighbor and left. He didn't finish cleaning up the front yard and I haven't heard from him since. I spoke to my regular landscaper (who doesn't do trees) who comes 2x a month and whom had referred Craig to me. He agreed that the burn marks and indentations in the turf had not been there the last time he came (2 weeks prior). He also said that the exhaust from a chain saw set down would melt the turf. I am beyond disappointed. I don't know how he can continue to stay in business if he treats and talks to his customers this way. I will probably file a complaint with the BBB. read more

Had 5 palms that were various sizes that needed cleaning up. Was very impressed from initial contact to end product. Crew of 3 were extremely polite, efficient and did an exceptional job. As far as the work goes the crew did a great job!! They removed our tree stump and did what we paid them to do. However they damaged the water line system in our yard while doing the work and water is spaying everywhere in our yard now. When given the chance to make it right and fix the damage they wanted to charge us to fix the issue THEY caused. Where I come from If you break it you fix it. Seems like one of the Golden rules of doing business. I guess Craig and Tree Logic don't see it that way. read more

I have used Tree Logic for several years to trim my Chinese Evergreen Elm tree and my Mom's Sissoo. They have always done a fantastic job. Craig (the owner) is friendly and professional. He returns phone calls, completes the consultation and sets up an appointment. He and his crew are always on time, complete the work and clean up the yards. Recently, Craig and his crew removed a 22 year old Sissoo tree for me. The tree was enormous with roots spread throughout the yard. Craig and his crew arrived on time and removed the tree. The stump was removed to beneath the ground (so you wouldn't even know a tree had been there), along with the stump and roots being poisoned to prevent "baby" sissoo trees from sprouting. In addition, several of the big roots were dug up and removed. The price was reasonable and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I plan to use Tree Logic for many years to come.
