The equipment is new, but the layout of the playground area is very poorly designed. There's nowhere to sit, other than in mulch, if your child is playing in the area for little kids. The are for bigger kids also doesn't have any benches super close, but if your kids are old enough for that they probably don't need to be supervised as closely. The swings are in full sun. The bars are all made of metal and there are no trees to provide shade to that area. Overall it's an OK park. There's a nice trail for walking/bike riding, a huge green area for flying kites and running around with your pets, but the new playground is a disappointment.

Responsible dog owners are the best. I wish there was more parking, because during busy hours it fills up fast.
