Great alternative to Kennedy Park, the only downfall is the very limited parking. It has all the essentials, water fountains, bags, balls, and some trees for shade. I love coming here, it's my local dog park. Check it out, stop by and say hi

The dog park is amazing. It's an all-breed and all-age dog park. I've been coming here already for 5 years and my dog loves it. But I only have one complaint and this goes for every dog owner pet sitter or dog walker including myself PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pay attention to your pups and pick up the so many around every time I come to the park. I pick up one bag of that's not from my pup. You came here to enjoy time and have fun with your dog but you also want the park where they stepped in CLEAN and trying not to take to your car o home in their paws . That was something I have to say!!!

We love coming to this dog park wish it had a better parking situation, but we resulted to scooting with our pups instead. There's typically several dogs, responsible dog owners and they play without any issues. Our dogs love coming to this park. There are benches and some shade. Sometimes it's a bit stinky, but it's a Dog Park nonetheless.

Before the pandemic, I avoided Blanche Park because it reeked of dog urine, but I have gone there a few times lately because it is close to my doctor's office on Mary Street. Now the park doesn't reek of urine as much, but some owners still don't pick up their dogs' poops, so some areas may smell. The grass is artificial, the water fountains work, the poop bags are always replenished, there's a water hose accessible, and the entrance/exit doors are secure. The con, in my opinion, is that parking spots are extremely limited, especially around lunch time. But overall, I am thankful that this park exists because it's always nice to have dog parks around and not be developed into another building.

A tiny park. A nice climbing play area for kids. They also have a designated dog park there. There is some parking there. I was not over impressed though to be honest. Why?? some of the grass there is false, so no wonder it had a pungent smell. Sad really as I saw owners of their dogs picking up poop droppings. Let's hope for some real rain to wash out the unpleasant smell that was lingering.

Blanche park is by far my favorite dog park in Miami.. it's mostly well maintained and clean, i have never had a negative experience. Taking my puppy here is definitely a weekend highlight as she loves making new friends, running freely and taking over the water bowls. I do recommend this park, but keep in mind you always have to watch your dog and make sure they are playing safely, and look out for any droppings. Beautiful place!

I love this dog park! If you have dogs you must bring them here. I have been going to this dog park regularly for the past year and it's making especially since their remodel in October.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years and they love it! The astro turf helps to keep them clean and there is a water station. Landscaping could have been designed a bit better, as the trees have shallow roots and always fall. There also not much shade. Typically busiest between 6-8PM on weekdays. Not much parking as there is a playground next door as well. If you're in the neighborhood, it's best to walk there. For the most part the people and dogs are friendly!

This review is for the bark park side. Skippy (my four legged best friend) enjoys coming to this bark park. This is our second trip here. The other pet owners seemed very friendly and chatty. Most were playing with their dogs and said hi to Skippy. The first time we came was at around 6pm and it was slightly crowded so we didn't stay vey long. Mosquitoes were all over the place so make sure to bring OFF repellent! We stopped by at around 11am today and there was a good amount of dogs for Skippy to interact with (about 7). The park was clean and the owners who were there picked up after their dogs. The ground is astro-turf so it's not muddy. There is a lot of room for the dogs to play fetch and run around. The park does not divide the big dogs from the small dogs which makes me a little nervous considering Skippy only weighs 6 lbs. The parking situation is not very good. The majority of people I spoke to live close by and walk to the park. I had to park on the side of the park... halfway in the street.

    All size dogs welcome

The artificial grass makes it look clean and prevents the dogs from getting all muddy so that's a good thing!

It is located right off of a lake and is divided into two areas, one for small dogs (less than 35 pounds) and another for big dogs (35 pounds are more. In addition to that, there are little doggie obstacles in both areas like an A-frame ramp, and hurdle bars. The park is clean and well maintained. You must have your dog's tags before you are able to use it legally. It is a very nice park and has places to relax and enjoy the lake in the shade while your pooch plays. Currently, the big dog area is closed and only the small dog area is open. They also do not allow pitbulls or dogs under 4 months old This is definitely one of the better dog parks in the area and is worth a visit.

The park was created by the development firm Related Group who built the small park for the city in 2019 in exchange for closing NE 31st Street to allow construction of the new district. While it is a City of Miami park, it is maintained by the Paraiso District. There are approximately 7,000 residents living within a 10 minute walk to the park. While this is a park primarily used by area residents anyone is free to use it. Parking for Paraiso Park can be difficult to find but I found a metered spot a couple of blocks down the street. The main draw of this park is the stunning view of Biscayne Bay with a wide brick bay walk. The walkway is part of the Biscayne Line, a 10-mile waterfront promenade connecting Edgewater in the north with downtown Miami in the south. Next to the park and connected by the bay walk is the restaurant Amara at Paraiso, where diners can enjoy outdoor seating with bay breezes. Other park features include a popular dog park, public art, a children's playground with rope climber, benches, water fountain, and an exercise area with three Kompan Fitness Zone machines. I was really impressed by how much half an acre can hold while making the most of the breath taking view of Biscayne Bay.

Kennedy was an attorney and politician who served as the Mayor of Miami from 1970 until 1973. Kennedy is credited with drafting the plans for the creation of Miami's Bicentennial Park which opened in 1976. David T. Kennedy Park is 20 acres and sits on the coastal mangrove shore of Biscayne Bay where there is access for kayaking and paddleboarding. Benches are set up so you can catch the sunrise and sunset and bay breeze. Park amenities include a dog park, open lawn, outdoor fitness equipment, picnic table, playground, and volleyball court. The expansive lawns, tree-lined walking paths, and a range of recreational facilities make this park a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Also in the park is A.C.'s Icees frozen lemonade truck selling refreshing treats near the parking lot. This frosted lemonade stand has been a park land mark since 1978. Even on the weekend, the park is spacious enough to never feel crowded. If there is one drawback, it would be the lack of parking during peak use time. Overall, David T.
