It seems like the one bartender has to jump between the bar and the restaurant next door which has to be frustrating for everyone. When we sat down, I ordered the perfect margarita which was on 2 for 1 happy hour special. It was incredibly sweet and sour at the same time and just not worth the $14 price tag. My husband got an angry orchard on tap that he was much happier with. We ordered nachos that were a part of the happy hour special and for a restaurant/bar advertising authentic Mexican food/drinks, the food was not good. It was a mound of chips and a scoop of browning guacamole with canned nacho cheese and of course, an added charge if you wanted beef or chicken. The ambiance was also not the greatest. The bar is dark inside and the music was uncomfortably loud. I will say that the bartender was attentive and very friendly.

Would deff be back, great meal and service.

Aug. 2026 This is…read morethe first time in six years that Brass Balls is not getting a perfect score. The nachos are usually the highlight of our visit. We always order two for the table, but this year they were burnt and had very few toppings with almost no cilantro crema. Please see the photo for the side‑by‑side comparison. My son also looks forward to the chocolate milkshake every summer, but the machine was reportedly down for the next hour. I understand that things happen, but it added to an already disappointing food experience. Several people in our group ordered chicken sandwiches and said the chicken was extremely chewy. None of them finished their meal. Brass Balls, I truly hope this is not the new norm. With so many dining options, this is the quickest way to lose loyal customers. Customer service - 5 out of 5 Wait time - 5 out of 5 Cleanliness - 5 out of 5 Atmosphere - 5 out of 5 Food quality - 2 out of 5 With a total score of 22 out of 25, I am giving this place a B+. We will return in the summer of 2027, but with the hope that the food quality returns to its usual standard.

We have been in September the last few times, so technically off Season. That shouldn't matter on the quality of the food. But apparently it does. The server was great. No complaints there. The food I got a scrambler and it looked like Slop, which yes a scrambler usually looks like things thrown together. But it had thick glob of cheese that was like thick and dry, and not melted at all either it had just been sitting there for a while and hardened, and underneath it was hiding old reheated dry potatoes. Bacon that look like it's been reheated just not good. The only thing I think that was freshen were the Eggs. English muffin didn't have any butter on it. Not sure if they put anything on it but my boyfriend's French toast was too cold wilted pieces of French toast that had a pound of butter slapped on. I think the butter from the whole restaurant was on his plate. I mean, we won't even feed our dog The waiter came over to ask you if everything was great and my boyfriend said no can we just have to check and then when he asked what was wrong we told him. And at least they gave us the food free of charge. We didn't eat any of it and I tipped the server because it wasn't his fault but we will never be back. The past couple of times we've gotten a fresh squeeze orange juice and it's not freshly squeeze at all. It used to be years ago, but this place has gone downhill. I don't know if you're doing one thing during in season. You should still be serving good food when the season is over like why should it matter. We gave enough chances, barn 34 no more.
