I came here looking for some whey protein and they not only helped me select the product best for me, but they also educated me on how my body would break down the product as well as the other products that I was using. They also have a fridge packed with cold drinks that are perfect for anyone in need of a recovery drink. Awesome place, Great people, Good products offered. They don't have as much product as like a GNC, but what they do carry is top notch. No store brands that are all filler. As such, prices reflect the product. A little more expensive, but hey... I pay more for a steak at a single sitting... so I will shell out for this stuff.

Typically, I come in with $150-200 in cash, walk up to the owner and I'm like, "Jack, I'm fat, shot…read moreout, recovering from a broken knee-cap, I'm ready to get back in shape, this is what i'm taking, what else do I need?" I seriously only end up spending about $100. This has happened to me a couple of times already. Then I say "Jack, I got another $80. 'Is there anything in here on top of what I already got that I could take to supplement my diet?" And 9 times out 10 he'll say "Nope, you're all set". I live in Downtown Sac and every time I go to GNC they always ask me, "Sir, Have you had your multi-vitamin today?" I promise they'll ask you that every time you go for the exit. They're always trying to sell me something, but with Jack he treats you like family, not a dollar sign. Jack's wife and sister work there too and they know their stuff. I could call in and ask the price on whey isolate, what flavor, how many g's of protein per scoop, how many scoops and their quick. I walk in there and Jack's not there, no problem. They know what time it is. It's also cheaper here. If Jack didn't know jack about supplements and had crappy customer service, I'd still come because the prices are so cheap. Just sayin'.

i ordered on 4/16/24 now today is 4/1724 currently waiting on order…read more i always ask to double check if they have the strain i'm about to order . they tell me they have it. so i order then they get here and the receipt on the bag is a different strain full ounce ( runtz x afgani og) discussed on the phone ? they had gave me ( runtz x jealousy) wrong one ! so the driver asks if i would like another bag instead? no i would like what i ordered? they call countless times to get ahold of someone while i wait by the car then tell me they for shure have it we will give you a discount for tomorrow i call this morning and ask if they had left a note for my incident with my order yesterday but the man today didn't know anything about it . now i'm being told that the strain i wanted has been sold out for a while now but i said then why was i told twice by 2 different people you have it? the manager today told me it was an honest mistake. but this has happened to me multiple times like well over 6 times i they would honor what i was told the day before but now im not getting any extra discount today not even points added to my order he can only give me more points for my next order which doesn't help me right now with this order i feel like i could have just orderd the half instead yesterday and be done with my day but now its stretching to 2 days again this isn't the first time or second time its happened to me thats why im leaving a review me and the people i have brought to this company to order from has spent thousands over the years here were all regular costumers. im speaking for others that wont leave a review too. they got good flower but continue bad business. and still do this to me or would have something saved for how many times they mess up on my order
