A few people ordered big party trays of the papaya salad because it's that good. The workers in the back were constantly shredding more papaya. There were a few orders ahead of us and only 2 workers mixing it up at the mortar and pestle, so it took about 20 minutes for our bag of papaya salad to be prepared. It was worth the wait because the papaya salad was delicious and portions are great. The lady at the front was friendly and looked like she enjoys making papaya salad.
