Owner Willie Lucier is very responsive, always on time, professional and has many years of experience. He is honest, very thorough and will visit your site and give you a very clear proposal. His employees work very hard . Our home roof goes two different ways, has a fireplace chimney to re-flash, a suntunnel, and numerous vents to deal with. They removed and hauled away all of the debris. Mr. Lucier checked with us several times during the installation as well as at the end to be sure everything was OK. His employees work very hard and they were very respectful of our property. They finished our project in 3 days. Also, discovered big black paper sticking out one of the gutters, decided to get my large ladder - go up and take a look - dirty gutter, filled with debris and nails - gutters were supposed to be left clean.
