This is the last thing I want to do, write a poor review based on the lack of follow up on the part of the Receptionist, as I tried to reach the owner Willie to give him a job after a good bid for a small shed project. If you're an older person that knows what real customer service is and how the customer used to be a priority, we all know its not like that now. People get offended if you question poor service. So this my experience today. After calling 4 times and leaving a text with no reply by the receptionist, she finally answered the ph. while my wife and I were having lunch in a restaurant. I pointed out to her I had tried for 2 days to speak with willie but my calls weren't returned. I was ready to do business. I was direct, but not rude, here i am the customer chasing a company to give them my money, I felt she needed to know I wasn't pleased about this. She instantly got defensive and tried to give me excuses and then said" You're being mean to me". At this point I hung up. I don't have time nor patience for this childish non sense. her perception is her reality, but being offended when asked to do your job is where you lose me. She texted me asking why I hung up on her? I texted her back a straight answer pointing out what I had said on the phone and that her gaslighting me and trying to play the victim was not a game I was going to play. So she called her boss and within 3 minutes she texted me back that I " was a real A-hole and good luck finding another roofer". After playing the victim her boss gave her the go ahead and tell me to find another roofer, so now she was embolden to call me an "A-hole". She texted this to me! can you believe it. I got a laugh out of this. What's funny is, I liked willie and wanted to pay him to do a job, and we stood in my drive way and had this conversation about how poor customer service is today and how people get offended when you ask them to just do their job. I'm sorry this happened, there was no need for it, but I'm the customer, you are the business owner, you want my money I want your service. I'm 65 yrs old and know what good customer service is. I've been called a lot worse, but not by a company employee I wanted to do business with. BTW, I found 3 other roofers and each one is going to cost me more, but I don't care, at least none of them have called me an "A-Hole" for me asking for good customer service. Willie, you need to stand up for your employees, but there's always two sides to the story. She thinks I was being "mean". You met me. Was I mean? Was I rude? No, I was straight to the point and direct and nice to you. If you think I'm the only person that has had problems with your receptionist, think again. I'd answer my own business calls from now on or pretty soon you won't have much business. And you were referred to me. Again, I regret this happened today. Rodney N. 6:04 am We had our home and a separate garage re-roofed with dimensional shingles last week by ALL TOP ROOFING. Owner Willie Lucier is very responsive, always on time, professional and has many years of experience. He is honest, very thorough and will visit your site and give you a very clear proposal. His employees work very hard . Our home roof goes two different ways, has a fireplace chimney to re-flash, a suntunnel, and numerous vents to deal with. They removed and hauled away all of the debris. Mr. Lucier checked with us several times during the installation as well as at the end to be sure everything was OK. His employees work very hard and they were very respectful of our property. They finished our project in 3 days. We highly recommend ALL TOP ROOFING .They are a local business and they have done many large business jobs as well as private homes and all done to customer satisfaction. Willie and his crew did a fantastic job. I had a few leaks that he came right out to repair. Willie went into the very corners of my attic to look for any further problems, something other roofers were not willing to do. When I had my roof replaced, the crew was efficient and very professional. They cleaned up continually and were very polite. When I sold my house and was dealing with some pretty significant communication issues with the buyer's agent, Willie went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out and make it possible to sell my home. All Top provided us with such great service! Willie was quick to respond with a very fair and competitive estimate. Material acquisition can be an issue with Covid. Willie traveled out of town to get the shingles we picked when local supply was sold out. They were able to start roofing a month before we expected them. Roofing crew were hard working, on time, and polite. They were very competent. Clean up was well done. We used All Top for the gutters. Rob was so efficient, fast and professional! He has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Gutters look really well. read more

After initially scheduling for an estimate, I had to call back four times over the course of a week to try and get a committed date and time. Never did hear from the guy who was supposed to schedule, so I finally contacted the office and cancelled the appointment. Sorry, but when I'm calling for your business and you don't return my phone calls, I'll let my fingers do the walking and find another company who wants my business. You can find better, too. read more

We had a roof installed a few years back that recently started leaking very bad and caused damage to the inside of our house. It was still under warrenty. We notified the owner of All Top who wanted to come take a look at it. We let him go up and look at it and according to him it was done right but he wanted to send his workers out the next day to "tear into it". We were not comfortable with that and wanted to wait for the inspector our insurance company was sending out to take a look. (He sent one of his workers out here the next day anyways and we had to tell him to leave.) The inspector looked at the roof and said it was done completely wrong and the leak was definitely his fault. We then called the owner of All Top to let him know what the inspector said and he stated he was not responsible for any of the damage. We also spoke with someone from the city who stated it was illegal for him to come and "tear into the roof" without a permit. Again the next morning, two more of his workers came with a ladder and tools trying to climb on to our roof without our permission. We had to open the door and ask what they were doing. They stated they were here to fix the roof and argued with us. When we told them noone was fixing it without a permit they said they didn't need one. Concerned about them showing up to "tear into it" while we were gone, we called the city back to ask what we should do and were told to contact the police dept. We had 2 different roofing companies, a leak detection company, service masters and a claims adjuster come out to look at the issue and all 5 of them said the same thing, that it was done completely wrong and noone had seen a roof done like that before. We contacted All Tops insurance company who stated we would need to contact the owner and have him call to start the claim and they would cover it. After calling the owner to try and speak with him about it, he argued stating he was not responsible and not paying for anything and then hung up on us. After looking into the old papers we had from the roof, we realized they had never pulled permits in the beginning! If they had, an inspector would have most likely seen their mistakes and not passed it. We also had paid to have metal clippings put in and when we had taken a look at the roof we realized they had never even installed those. Now we will need to take them to small claims court to pay for a new roof and damage that was done to our room. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
