Some bids we had came in close to the same price but they then told us that there would be additional charges for the steepness of our roof and any sheets of plywood that might need to be replaced. Kado and his team did a quality job and it only took 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and actually left my porch and patio cleaner than they found it.

If you're an older person that knows what real customer service is and how the customer used to be a priority, we all know its not like that now. People get offended if you question poor service. So this my experience today. After calling 4 times and leaving a text with no reply by the receptionist, she finally answered the ph. while my wife and I were having lunch in a restaurant. I pointed out to her I had tried for 2 days to speak with willie but my calls weren't returned. I was ready to do business. I was direct, but not rude, here i am the customer chasing a company to give them my money, I felt she needed to know I wasn't pleased about this. She instantly got defensive and tried to give me excuses and then said" You're being mean to me". At this point I hung up. I don't have time nor patience for this childish non sense. her perception is her reality, but being offended when asked to do your job is where you lose me. She texted me asking why I hung up on her? I texted her back a straight answer pointing out what I had said on the phone and that her gaslighting me and trying to play the victim was not a game I was going to play. So she called her boss and within 3 minutes she texted me back that I " was a real A-hole and good luck finding another roofer". After playing the victim her boss gave her the go ahead and tell me to find another roofer, so now she was embolden to call me an "A-hole". She texted this to me! can you believe it. I got a laugh out of this. What's funny is, I liked willie and wanted to pay him to do a job, and we stood in my drive way and had this conversation about how poor customer service is today and how people get offended when you ask them to just do their job. I'm sorry this happened, there was no need for it, but I'm the customer, you are the business owner, you want my money I want your service. I'm 65 yrs old and know what good customer service is. I've been called a lot worse, but not by a company employee I wanted to do business with. BTW, I found 3 other roofers and each one is going to cost me more, but I don't care, at least none of them have called me an "A-Hole" for me asking for good customer service. Willie, you need to stand up for your employees, but there's always two sides to the story. She thinks I was being "mean". You met me. Was I mean? Was I rude? No, I was straight to the point and direct and nice to you. If you think I'm the only person that has had problems with your receptionist, think again. I'd answer my own business calls from now on or pretty soon you won't have much business. And you were referred to me. Again, I regret this happened today. I required exterior painting done on my two-story house and a 12x16 storage shed. I contacted NVC first based on other good reviews. After reaching out online they contacted me almost immediately, setting up an estimate within a day or two. I signed contracts a day after that. The owners, Johnathan and Sonia, are super-nice people. NV showed up exactly when they said they would and on time every single day. Stefany from the ofice staff is also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and contacted me in advance before every visit, updating me and relaying requests from the crew each day during the job. They told me up front I could probably find a cheaper contractor, but not one that would do they job they did. They didn't disappoint, working 12-hour days until the job was finished --- including immaculate cleanup each evening. The preppers and painters were kind and extremely hard-working. The first day the crew showed up early and spent a full day doing prep work, including pressure-washing, bubble-scraping, replacement of some rotting wood and a vent, and a lot of sealing. They did a ton of calking on my siding and even re-calked all my windows. They spent the second day putting two coats of high-quality paint on the house, and the third day applying two coats of trim, including gutters and downspouts. I have expensive security cameras and they were super-careful working around the cameras and cables, covering them when needed. They spent part of a fourth day checking their work, doing touchup and cleaning up. Johnathan gave me a final tour before wrapping up the project. My house is 26 years old and now it looks brand new and pristine. As happy and amazed as I am with the work they completed, I think I'm equally as pleased to have found such a diligent and professional local contractor I can trust and count on. I will be using them for a kitchen remodel next winter. There aren't enough stars, nor can I recommend this NV Contracting highly enough! Thank you!

With Fall just around the corner, we decided to get a few bids this year since the company we used the last two times seemed to almost double their prices last time. I requested bids with three companies I found on Google. All Seal responded right away and came over for a bid within hours. One company took my information over the phone and said they would email me a quote, to which I never received. The third company never responded to my request. We were happy with the professionalism, communication and response time with Bree at All Seal. Their bid seemed reasonable, and with it being so late in the seal coating season, we decided to give them a shot! Bree coordinated a time with me for Friday at 8am. I was super happy to be their first appointment of the day so my entire day wasn't taken up waiting for a contractor. Bree emailed me 10 minutes before 8am on Friday and said the schedule changed due to the addresses on that days route, and now I would be second of the day, around 10am. By 10:30, I emailed her to find out if her crew was on their way, to which I received no response. Finally at 11am the crew showed up. They were all about getting the job done, no greetings or introductions. I thought it was odd, but at that point I was just glad they finally showed up. Bree said it would be a two hour job. They were gone by 12! They were done in half the estimated job time. Trying to stay on schedule?! From what I could see from my back patio and front driveway everything looked great. It wasn't until later that evening, after it was okay to walk on, that I noticed some sloppy areas. There was seal coat markings and blobs on the foundation in areas, areas where the new seal coat didn't cover the old seal coat to the edge, and not only were the cracks not completely filled, but the hot melt dripped down both sides of them. It looked super messy! The company we used twice before never left it like that. I asked Bree about the seal coat on the foundation and she apologized and offered to send someone to clean it up. I was appreciative of her offer, but we had plans that afternoon, so we tried a razor blade on them and it removed the more noticeable areas. I also asked her about the drip marks along the cracks. She said there was nothing they could do about that until we got rid of the root problem. That response didn't sound reasonable to us. From our prospective, it looked like the hot melt filler wasn't blended or cleaned up around the cracks before the seal coat was applied. And it seemed they rushed through our job to stay on schedule, unfortunately for us. Overall, we aren't completely satisfied with the work, but it will do until next time. We paid a little over $900, and the other company we used before charged $1200. I guess it all depends on your personal preference. We use the backyard for gatherings, so we like a cleaner look. We'll most likely pay the extra $300 for more meticulous work next time.
