Trash service. Seriously. No greeting. No bread. Drinks took 20 minutes to get. Bread took 20 minutes later to get. No apologies, no updates. After an hour and 30 minutes of waiting, the waitress said there was an issue with the printer and that the food was coming in about 20 minutes. We paid for our drinks and left. So much potential...so terrible. The manager walks around aimlessly because I think he knows how terrible the service is. If you value your time, your appetite, or your general well being, just avoid this place at all costs. Trust me. read more

I went there on Saturday May 8 with my wife and adult kids. The mushrooms with the scallops were cooked to a crisp. The veal was overcooked and tough as shoe leather. Dessert was brought with no utensils. When the spoon was brought it was dirty. During the evening we had to ask for refills on iced tea and water. I would have expected them to be topped up without asking. No one bothered to stop by and ask how things were going. Disappointing experience. read more

We cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I made the required reservation 2 weeks prior for Mother's Day at 2pm ( that was the only time they had available for us) for their MD buffet. When we arrived the hostess was not very friendly and proceeded to seat us at a dirty table outside where we sat for over 20 minutes in the heat with no one acknowledging us or asking if we would like a drink. We understand this is a very busy holiday but apparently there was no pre-planning on their part. The buffet was nearly empty and picked over and what food they did have didn't look very appetizing. We chose this restaurant because they advertised live piano music along with a full brunch buffet yet when we arrived we noticed the musicians were breaking down their equipment and was told by the hostess that the music part was over. This Mother's Day brunch was not at all what they advertised. I decided to call the restaurant manager and spoke to someone named Jamie. Sadly, he didn't seem to care in the least about our situation and said we should have asked for management while we were there, but we couldn't find anyone who was tending to the tables outside and it was really packed inside. We also had an active toddler we were trying to entertain while trying to be understanding of the restaurants predicament. Jamie went on to reiterate that they were "short staffed and very very busy" which is completely irrelevant. Had someone come by and alerted us of the restaurants issues, that would have made all the difference especially with a toddler. Again, we made the required reservation two weeks in advance for this event and I didn't appreciate being swept under the rug after contacting the manager. Again, we completely understand places are busy, but this whole ordeal was unprofessional not to mention a real bummer on my wife's special day. We definitely won't be back. Russell Broad read more

Food was very, very, very mediocre. Beer is in a very small glass but pint priced. Sangria was weak. The piano bar was cool and really the only reason for anyone to come here. Overall, don't come here to eat, yet maybe just have a drink or two and listen to the guy play the piano (he was great by the way!) read more

I read these reviews and I'm quite confused. I've been twice now with a group of friends and my significant other to attend trivia night. Both times the servers were awesome, the food was delicious, and we had an amazing experience! read more

We tried this place out for the first time and it was very disappointing. We waited for an hour and half for our food, when it finally came out it was cold and no flavor. read more

Horrible service. Got seated at 8:45, didn't get the drinks we ordered until 20 minutes later. Put our order for food at 9:15, and decided to leave at 10:15 after the server wouldn't give us an update on our food. She forgot our bread we had to ask for that too. When we told her we were just going to leave she gave us attitude. I've never wrote a review before, but quite honestly this was one of the worst restaurant expieriences ive ever had. Can't comment on the food, because it was no where to be seen. read more

Treble Makers Dueling Piano is horrible. Starting at the top with the owner going down to the employees. Don't waste your time going there because their food and service are equally bad. Our reservation was for 7 we arrived promptly and were seated. We didn't get our first drink order until 8pm. Some of the drinks were water down and had to be sent back which took another 30min. I ordered a cuban and the pork was all fat and salty, I sent mine back. 2 other people ordered cubans and they weren't happy with theirs either. 2 in our group ordered steak tacos and one of the steak tacos was full of fat and not edible. When we requested our bills someone in our party was still being charged the taco that they only took one bite of . When we questioned why she was being charged for something she didn't eat the waitress started arguing with us. Then the owner came over and started arguing with us. The owner was rude, aggressive and definitely tried to flex because we were a bunch a women sitting at the end of the table but we didn't back down. He got angry and said since we weren't having a good time we could all cash out and leave. At that point my sister went to speak with him on the side and he was rude and told her my other sister was trouble from the moment she walked in. I will add the one he said was trouble from the moment she walked NEVER complained about a thing and was happy with her food. At this point our group of 18 were all cashing out. The owner decided to walk to the other end of the table and say to the rest of our group " your friends over their aren't having a good time." No sir our party of 18 wasn't having a good time, the food was horrible, drinks were watered down, including my Shirley Temple which is just sprite and grenadine syrup. The pianos were great and I would have probably given them chance if the owner didn't treat us the way he did. The owner is truly the biggest jerk which explains why his staff is just as bad. He doesn't respect women. He said" if you don't like it, you can cash out and leave". When my sister pulled him to the side to try and smooth things over he actually said "I'm done" and walked away while my sister was still talking. This place has so much potential but its ran by poor customer service and bad leadership. Spend your money else where. We are suppose to be refunded our piano tickets I will keep you posted if we are or aren't refunded. BEWEAR because the owner isn't truthful either. On google reviews this was his reply to my review "Unfortunately there are some people we could never make happy no matter what we do. Half your table apologized to us and said they will be back" who would be happy waiting and hr for water down drinks, then waiting another 30min to get the drinks fixed and continued bad service of the evening?? Our table didn't and wouldn't have apologized when we are owed an apology. On top of that the aggressive behavior of the owner?? If ANYONE was truly happy they wouldn't have left . No one is returning there. No one was happy Unfortunately Google will not allow me to reply. . read more

Went here with a group of 9 people on a Saturday night for dinner and the dueling piano show. Half our group got appetizers and everyone got entrees - a variety of meat, fish and pasta dinners. Details below, but overall our group agreed we'd go back just for drinks and the show and skip dinner. I'll start with what was good: -Food: Our orders came out mostly correct and the food was good. This is especially impressive for a restaurant that's only been open three weeks and was about 2/3 full (with several large groups) for dinner. My only criticism is that the presentation was somewhat lacking (the food was just kind of thrown on the plate). -The Show: The dueling pianos show was very entertaining. They've recently installed sound panels to address prior comments about the noise level. They could probably use a few more since it was still pretty noisy even before the show, but it wasn't terrible. -Customer Service: Jaime, one of the owners, was very helpful prior to our visit in helping me work around the 8 person limit on OpenTable and when I needed to buy one extra ticket for the show (they sell in packs of 4 or more on EventBrite and we had initially only bought 8 tickets). What they need to work on: -Seating: Most of their tables are 4 tops; We had 9 so they wanted to add a chair to the end instead of giving us another table. This would be fine for drinks and the show, but their tables are kind of small (we were all bumping elbows and guys sitting across from each other said their knees were almost touching) so would be very crowded-feeling for dinner. The owner was able to add another table to our grouping, which made it much more comfortable. -Table Service: Note: The owner contacted me after I initially posted this review to let me know they had two servers call out last-minute due to a family emergency. This would explain some but not all of the issues we experienced. Not sure if this is a issue with the whole place or just our server (this was our first visit), but this was possibly the worst table service I've ever experienced - and we eat out A LOT. I understand the place has only been open three weeks, but the issues we had were because our waiter(s) lacked even basic server skills, not because of the timing issues you'd expect in a new restaurant. Examples (this is just a few of the issues we had) - (1) Half of our group ordered appetizers; he never bothered to walk down to the other end of the table to get app orders from the other half. (2) Three of us ordered the crab bisque; it came out without spoons and was almost cold before we were able to flag him down to get some. (3) One of our group flagged him down to order another drink; he took the order then didn't bother to ask anyone else if they wanted a refill even though all our glasses had been empty for at least 15 minutes. (4) The food runners were not given any information on who got what, so food delivery was them yelling out what each dish was so we could figure it out. (5) I ordered coffee with dessert - it finally arrived 20 minutes after I finished dessert and after two more requests for it. (6) When we asked for checks, he had to come back to the table several times to ask us each what we had ordered, verify sides, drinks, etc. As a result, it took almost 30 minutes to get our checks. (7) Several of us were up-charged for sides even though our entrees came with sides according to the menu. We were going to question it, but by the end of a night dealing with his ineptitude and the 30 minute wait for our checks, it was easier to just pay the upcharge than send him back to fix it. -Atmosphere: Not bad, but not what I'd expect for a "fine dining" restaurant. They definitely need more soft surfaces or sound deadening, as it was pretty noisy even before the show started. Throwing some tablecloths on the cheap-looking laminate tables and softening up the lighting would go a long way towards making the place seem more upscale. -Price: Our whole group felt the drinks are very expensive, on average about $2 more than in a comparable restaurant in the area (the drinks weren't any larger or stronger than average). I'd expect to pay a premium if we were going just for the show, but we were there for dinner. The food prices were about right based on taste/quality, but maybe a little high (especially with the upcharge for sides that were supposed to be included) given the atmosphere/presentation (not fine dining level). read more

We went last night and the place has so much potential but still lacking a lot. Service was absolutely horrible for our dinner reservation. I was running 15 min late due to a road closure and our friends we were meeting were 10 min early so they sat and ordered a coke and bottle of wine. There was a 25 min difference from when I arrived and they still didn't have their very simple drink order. I then proceeded to order drinks, as did our other friends who arrived. We all got ours and they were still waiting for a Coke and bottle of red wine. When they brought ours, I said "I think you forgot their order. It was put in 25 minutes ago." Waitress said "they are opening it now" 10 minutes later they were out of that wine. That was our service most the night. The music started and while they were very talented and you can hear them when singing, the speakers and microphones are not good quality and you can't understand anything they say between songs. It was like Charlie browns teacher talking them some talented singing. The talent pales in comparison to dueling piano bar in Orlando though. Most request were thrown on piano and ignored. They play lots of super old music and don't know much from 90's and greater. Food, food redeemed them! It was better than you would expect. Ribeye was very good size, cooked perfect. Chicken Marsala was good. Brussels sprouts are the best! My friends got the filet and said it was great, the other had tuna and tacos. No complaints. I may return down the road, but they need to make some improvements to sound and mic's for this place to impress. I would love to know what they say. Speaker to left of stage wasn't working at all. read more

Food was disgusting and worst service ever. I'm pretty sure the manager was also our writer and he was so preoccupied with other duties that good service was thr last of his worries. One of the pianist was ok. The others vocals were awful. Definitely a waste of $150 read more

Tonight I was in the mood for appetizers so we went to the new Treble Makers. It was awesome. The wings were jumbo, the Crab & Shrimp dip was a seafood delight. My wife ordered the shrimp tacos. It's a place for 55 year olds + singing kitchy versions of songs. A little sexists and #metoo. When we were there they had an older lady up on stage for her birthday and sang this nasty song that made her cry. We left an hour into the show. We won't go back . BTW we are 30 and 31 years old. read more

I know this restaurant is new & still has a few kinks to work out but we went for my son-in-law's birthday. We very much enjoyed the entertainment and food was good. Especially like the crab dip. We chose this place because we wanted a place with enough room to practice social distancing and enjoy some time out of the house. So excited to find a new business in the Groves to eat and have an adult beverage. The problem? The one person working at the hostess station barely looked up from his phone to tell us to sit wherever we wanted and proceeded to stay engaged with his phone. He didn't get up and get our drink order, offer us a friendly greeting, or otherwise acknowledge that two customers had just walked in the door. Even when we sat down he was still not getting off the phone. There were two other tables of customers in the entire place so the young lad who needs to find a new profession wasn't swamped. I feel sorry for the business owners trying to be successful in these covid times when their employee's run business away. I want to support any cool business that opens in this area but my dollars are hard earned too! Please train your staff in customer service! read more

The food was great! I had the lamb chops and it was DELICIOUS! The atmosphere is awesome and so fun we had a table of 10 and everyone had a blast!! I would never go back again. We went last Saturday night and the services was absolutely terrible. After we we got our drinks 20 mins after we sat down the serve told us that she had a 12 top to take care of and never came back to check on us. Our appetizers came out 50 minutes after we were seated and the ahi tuna cooked all the way through and wings were cold. When we asked for a manager we were told there wasn't one, and that our food ticket was only at 1hr. ( like that was good thing). We asked for the check and it took them 4 times to get it right. It was by far the worst experience ever. Not mention when left the people next to us left for the same reason. We ignored and mistreated. read more

My husband and I had dinner here last night as they were advertising watching game 1 of the Stanley cup. We wanted something different as we always have sports bar fare during games. We were so happy with our service and our meal. I had the fried green tomato BLT and my husband had the Flaming Keys burger. Both were absolutely perfect. I love the fact that have buckets o drinks and was able to enjoy the game while having my beverages at the ready. Highly recommend this place as the staff, servers and owners are excellent, attentive and professional and the food is absolutely delicious. read more

I was disappointed with the food. They served the wrong food and when they got the right food to us it was either under cooked, or dried out. The spaghetti sauce had no flavor to it. The Veal was tough to cut, the Polynesian Chicken was dry, and the Filet Minion was under cooked. Would not recommend eating dinner there. The drinks are over priced. The Music was good read more

The experience was awful . My server was inept, and she kept ignored us.I had to go inside to find her for coffee refills several times and go to the bar to get our waters after more than half an hour of waiting for her to come around, ( which she didn't ) . Our appetizer was mozzarella sticks. The food was frozen sticks with a ragu like sauce and then we ordered our food and waited 40 min. When the food came my French onion soup was cold and my husbands fish tacos were the same. The manager came to our table and accused me of swearing at our server, which never happened. He ( the manager ) wouldn't take my word and walked away from our table with out hearing us out when I asked him to come back he opened the inside door and disapeared. We then payed the bill ( after trying to find the server ) and walked out only to have had one bite of soup and 1 taco. Horrible experience !!!-- Bonnie read more

I went Saturday night with my husband and we had a blast! The musicians were wonderful and kept the audience engaged and entertained. They played any and everything that was requested, even a little David Allen Coe. Unfortunately we ate before we went so I was unable to sample the dinners, however after looking at the menu, I wont make that mistake again. Next time I am definitely going early to get dinner. We did get desserts and they were very good, I am a aucker for Creme Brulee. I'm still quite nervous going out with this daggum Covid so was happy to see the tables were separated adequately. The staff all wore masks. read more

Omg!! So much fun!! We were in town & my friends told us about this dueling piano show... tbh I have been to other "chain" bars that featured a dueling piano & wasn't all that excited to return but this place is sooo much different!! First of all it is a class A restaurant!! The food was AMAZING!! There was a bunch of us so we all ordered different appetizers to share... holy cow!! Each & everyone was on point!! I ordered the filet & used my butter knife to cut it!! It was like butter!! The show was a lot of fun & so much classier than others I've seen!! Everyone was singing & having a great time!! The servers were really all sweet & attentive. Plus everyone followed Covid rules which was rare to see in Florida!! Can't wait to return! read more

Four stars for the ambience and one star for the food. Went on a Monday. Agree it's not the best night in any restaurant but this was way beyond that. There were four tables occupied including ours and at least four servers around but the service was anything but attentive. When you order a bottle of wine we typically expect the server to pour the first glass, not just plop it on the table and walk away. Server had no idea what was available out of the not-so extensive menu. Ordered one dish, came back 10 minutes later to report that was not available. Ordered something else, again ten minutes later to hear that wasn't an option either. Food when finally arrived was nothing to rave about. While we understand Covid stress as well as staff and supply issues, basic training and floor management can't be ignored. Live music and the open air ambience were great but didn't feel happy with the 20% tip we added to a mediocre meal. read more

As I sit back and reminiscent on the time that they actually had good food, tears well up in my eyes. My boyfriend and I use to go with friends on Friday nights to watch the dueling pianos, the restaurant main attraction. Much to our surprise the food on those nights was exceptional. The French onion soup was superb with a depth of rich flavors and the prime rib and lollipop lamb was cooked exceptionally and only cost around 24 dollars. Since everything was so wonderful on multiple Friday night visits, we decided to go for lunch one evening. To our dismay the food was extremely underwhelming. We ordered the tuna appetizer and it was significantly worse then the one we ordered on Friday night. On top of that the recipe for the French onion soup changed and the apple cider vinegar addition created a most unpleasant flavor on the palate. Furthermore, we discovered that the lunch and the dinner menu are printed on the same paper with noticeable price differences for the SAME item. You might think maybe they give you a larger portion for dinner but that is not the case, so there is no justification for the price gouging for the same items. With all this being said a group of friends wanted to go last night so we joined. I ordered the blue crab bisque. The blue crab bisque should be called the Campbell's tomato soup with a maybe at best 1 oz portion of blue crab on top. The soup lacked any flavor of blue crab (not even a hint) and was largely tomato based and as a result too acidic. With the amount of disappointments adding up one after another I decided it would be save to order a wedge salad. Boy was I wrong. The steak I got on the salad was severely over cooked, even though I asked for medium rare. As a result the steak was burnt and rubbery. On top of that the dressing was underwhelming and lacked the strong flavor of a true blue cheese dressing .My boyfriend ordered chicken wings presumably one of the safest options at any restaurant. After ordering the hot flavor it was quite interesting when the wings came out without sauce on them. The small tin cup that was filled with hot sauce accompanied the wings for the customer to do all the tossing. It was at that point that the thought came to his mind that maybe he shouldn't have ordered the wings. Finally, as the night progressed into utter disaster in a last hope of getting something semi decent a smoked old fashioned was ordered. Once again a huge disappointment since it was left in the smoker for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Overall, the place is great on Friday nights with a very cool/fun atmosphere but I wouldn't go any other time of the week. The food is very lack luster on the other days and the consistency is all over the place. I think it would be a great place with a really cool concept if they could just work on their consistency issues. read more
