She can reduce inflammation, help with headaches, help with blood flow/clotting and just give your body some rejuvenation and much needed "heat" I had never had accupuncture and was a little leery(I HATE needles) She is so professional, and educates you on the practice and it's benefits. She really knows her stuff and has helped my symptoms. The space is clean and neat. It's a lovely place to decompress and be still. The smell, the peaceful sound, it's all very calming. She will do a consultation and really treat your needs! No medicine, all natural and plant based medicine (if necessary) and accupuncture to treat specific areas/heal your ailments. It's amazing. Her knowledge and experience makes for really great results. Schedule an appointment for accupuncture and get an add-on (Cupping) It freaked me out, but it's amazing!!! And will help with joint and muscle pain!! Increases blood flow. Accupuncture will change your life. The results are amazing and she will cater the treatment to your body's needs! Try it, you won't be sorry!

The office is majorly busy and trying to get through the phone system to talk to a PERSON is on the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea...and that is the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the star-scale. The Patient Portal records access and prescriptions management access has gone a long way to remediate the phone system complaint. The nurses there are great and are cheerful, helpful and supportive. The lab technicians are second to none: I have to watch them draw blood since I rarely feel anything when they draw it. Mosquitoes could learn a few tricks from these skillful people! I explained clearly that it's no problem to recline and my surgeon suggested having my hair washed in a salon. I called once (I'll call you back I promise) I called again (omg I forgot I'll call you later), I called again, left a message... I called this morning and wow! She told me again she forgot to call me and then "oh I don't have any openings" then switched to "I'm worried about your neck" (it's my lower back) I finally said if you don't want to do it I understand. Hemming and hawing. I'm in tears by now, this has not been easy for me. I finally said just never mind I'll find somewhere else. No apology nothing. My main complaint is that there is an employee who is so relentless in her sales pitches that I avoid the salon when I see her car there. On the off chance you avoid a sales pitch, but are behind someone else getting theirs before you can be checked in, rest assured you will wait 10 minutes before being greeted or seen to while she tries as hard as possible to convince you that your skin will fall off of your body unless you buy 3 new products every visit.
