I explained clearly that it's no problem to recline and my surgeon suggested having my hair washed in a salon. I called once (I'll call you back I promise) I called again (omg I forgot I'll call you later), I called again, left a message... I called this morning and wow! She told me again she forgot to call me and then "oh I don't have any openings" then switched to "I'm worried about your neck" (it's my lower back) I finally said if you don't want to do it I understand. Hemming and hawing. I'm in tears by now, this has not been easy for me. I finally said just never mind I'll find somewhere else. No apology nothing. When brought to the managers attention she didn't even apologize for such activity happening on the businesses premises (which may I add are unmarked where the lot ends,and I was not advised that you couldn't actually park in the parking LOT) She told me that if she were to handle it or report it to the business insurance, they would drop me and no longer be able to service me!the only person that was sincere was their Sunday worker! If you plan on getting your car keyed and kicked in, do not go here. If you plan on relaxing while you tan instead of worrying if your car will be vandalized and exotic will do NOTHING, NOT EVEN REPORT IT TO THEIR INSURANCE, zoom tan is 18.99 a month unlimited level two.
