Laurie (the owner) explained several to me that would be beneficial for my skin concerns. I booked an appointment for the four layer mask facial and nervously went to my appointment. After she brought me down to the room where the procedure was to be performed, she explained the series of events to be expected. Throughout her explanation she asked if I had any questions. She was very welcoming and comforting and provided a fantastic explanation for what was to be expected. After undressing and getting comfortable on the table she came in and began my facial. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The aromas of the product and the room were relaxing; the subtle music in the background helped me to unwind. I felt as though I was being transported to another place. Her expertise with facials made each phase feel like second nature for her hands. I am beyond words by how impressed I am from this experience. As I mentioned, this was my first facial every and so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will definitely be setting the bar high for my future facials. I messaged her in dire need of a color correction as I am due with a baby anytime. Roxanne responded quickly and was able to get me in almost immediately. I arrived at the salon, greeted by Roxanne and Jessica, so nervous but hopeful for a transformation that left me feeling like myself rather than a calico cat. After less than an hour and a half in Roxanne's chair, I was brought to tears! Roxanne evened out the spots I had, toned my hair to a more desirable color, and made my roots as natural as possible. She cut off damaged ends, corrected broken layers, and straightened my hair where I could see the difference. It's a full service salon (minus nails) with about 8 hair stations when you first walk in, and a separate aesthetics area tucked away in the back. It is right on public square, so parking is a pain on the street, but I was told that there's also a parking lot tucked behind it that is much easier to deal with. I only knocked a star off because of the prices -- although they are the best prices in the area for Brazilians ($70 initially, then $60 from then on with recurring appointments). I've seen Hilary twice now, and she makes the process as quick and painless as possible. Plus she's fun to chat with, and knows a lot about the area -- which for me not being a local is helpful :) I've been to a couple other places for waxing so far, and they've either been outrageously priced and take forever, or the salons were very out of the way and inconvenient because they only took cash. So, I will definitely continue to see Hilary for her services as long as I'm in the area, and you should too!

First impressions this salon is super serious about COVID-19. It's the first salon that took my temperature and made me sign a paper stating that I didnt have symptoms, or wasn't pending results. Pretty cool. Additionally, I had to sign in.. so I'm sure that if someone came up positive, I would be contacted. This salon was Uber clean!!! Every pedicure bin was covered and each item used on me was individually sealed. So no reusing of nail files, loofah, buffers, and their instruments were in a sterile container. Very nice. They DIDN'T RUSH MY SERVICE!!!! Oh my gosh!!! I loved every bit of it!!! I am one that goes for pedicures to relax and enjoy the service. I got the spa deluxe.. it has the crystals... which are like a jelly substance.. I had never experienced it before.. and got to swirl my feet in it for 10 minutes!!! And THEN had paraffin wax for 10 min and THEN hot stone massage for 10 min and then another massage for 15 min!!! This is all in addition to the usual pedicure stuff and painting of my toes!! Oh and LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE POLISH!!!! DAMN!! They have AT LEAST 100 gel (shellac) colors to choose from.. and if you are like me.. a SHIT TON of SPARKLY colors!!! Oh and they even have "cat eye" colors.. which are sooooo cool. My pedicure was only $65. So VERY budget friendly. And this was the top of the line. They do have cheaper options. Oh and I also had them wax my eyebrows... forgive the tired momma eyes!!! Its been a long night...lol but my eyebrows are at least in point ;) they did a fantastic job and only charged $12. It was sloppy and uncomfortable and 64$ for us to get our nails trimmed and bad quality lotion put on our legs. I decided against the nail polish aside from a CLEAR COAT and thank god because even that wasn't done right. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I could refund my TIME!
