The staff here is friendly and literally take their time with you and don't try to rush you out like some places I've been in the area while they see a crowd. They are well staffed and just simply professional at all times. They offer you light refreshments such as juice or water and even a snack while you wait or being worked The salon itself is always very clean and sanitized throughout the day and after each client. It's a great feeling when you have the assurance that the instruments are properly being cared for as well. I can say, all of the techs do an awesome job but my favorite is Ms. Helen, she's always who I recommend and request when I come. It's literally worth the money, I know some areas the prices may be a little cheaper but what I always say is you get what you pay for. It's definitely worth every penny. They also have rewards cards so after about 9 visits you receive a 20% discount off your service or a free manicure or waxing.

It took about 5-10 minutes for the technician to come over and start. When she asked how short I wanted my toenails trimmed, I clearly explained that if they were cut too short, I tend to get ingrown toenails--especially on both sides of my big toes. Despite this, while trimming my left big toenail, she used cuticle cutters to cut deeply into both sides of the nail. It was extremely painful, and I was visibly uncomfortable the entire time. Although she applied antiseptic afterward, the damage had already been done. When she moved on to the other foot, I was so concerned about a repeat of that pain that I told her I didn't have issues with that nail, even though I actually do. I never asked for ingrown toenail treatment--only that my nails not be cut too short--so this was both unexpected and upsetting. Today, my left big toe is red, swollen, and painful to walk on. I've been applying bacitracin and keeping it covered, but it's clearly irritated from being cut too aggressively. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. This experience was painful and avoidable, and it felt like there was a significant miscommunication during the service that led to it.

Typically, I come for a wax and always feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. During a recent visit, I decided to ask about facials (I've never had one before). Laurie (the owner) explained several to me that would be beneficial for my skin concerns. I booked an appointment for the four layer mask facial and nervously went to my appointment. After she brought me down to the room where the procedure was to be performed, she explained the series of events to be expected. Throughout her explanation she asked if I had any questions. She was very welcoming and comforting and provided a fantastic explanation for what was to be expected. After undressing and getting comfortable on the table she came in and began my facial. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The aromas of the product and the room were relaxing; the subtle music in the background helped me to unwind. I felt as though I was being transported to another place. Her expertise with facials made each phase feel like second nature for her hands. I am beyond words by how impressed I am from this experience. As I mentioned, this was my first facial every and so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will definitely be setting the bar high for my future facials. I walked out of my appointment feeling extremely relaxed and my face feels softer than a baby's bottom. Honestly, I'm not sure when my face has ever felt this great! I will be back for more!

The chairs were great too since they had massagers where you can customize it to your liking with buttons. I did the basic pedicure with gel polish and enjoyed it. I also got a manicure where I did a full set, with gel overlay and gel polish. The guy who did my nails, Liam, was very attentive, he was great from start to finish, he really knew what he was doing as he did my full set. I really liked the smell of the cuticle oil he used on my nails too. I went for a red and sparkle color for the holidays. I loved how it all came out. I definitely will be back and ask for Liam for my nail care. The price is very reasonable and it can get pricey but the attentiveness I received is worth the price.
