The women who worked on me was very rough with my much anticipated pedicure so I didn't enjoy it which was disappointing. The pedicure menu only had three options and they were boring. I normally get uv hard gel but they did not have it and acted as if they hadn't even heard of it before. When I was trying to explain it the woman got a bit snippy with me. I gave three stars because my nails look fine but I feel like they use acrylic as "powder gel" and just use a use gel polish and then charge you extra. My appointment at Lovida was great! Arrived on time. Seated immediately. Wanted mani-pedi. Options were explained. Started with Pedi- selected the full spa treatment which was done be Sue! She was efficient, precise and quick- which I appreciate. Her work was great and my feet were the softest they had ever been. The hot paraffin is delightful. On to the mani and again top notch French manicure. Language barrier a bit of a problem as I originally said regular polish not gel, but gel was clearly the right choice. Both Andy and Kathy have done my nails, and neither one of them know how to shape nails extremely squared. Honestly, it's not that hard. The second and last time I went there, Kathy said she didn't know how to do really squared nails, so I had to shape them myself. Both technicians are sloppy at their work and rude. I will never get my nails done here again NOR will I ever recommend this place to my friends. I would much rather drive to Liverpool and get them done there. read more

The owner was extremely rude to me when I asked him to give me the "stiletto" shape. He filed my acrylics until they were paper thin and he was so rude that I didn't have him paint them because I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave...he still charged me $35 and that was for a fill and to file them. I was referred by a friend who uses their services for herself and her daughter-they raved about how consistently awesome this spa is. They are also very popular within the military community (Ft.
