When it's not what I want, I'll point out the issues and give them a chance to fix it. After that, I just let it go because they either don't possess the ability to understand my issue or fix it. Used to be great, especially Roxanne, but she's gone now and apparently it's VERY hit or miss. I won't be back anymore because I need reliability and competency. Everyone there is very nice and customer service is good as well, but if you can't do a simple fade and scissor trim up top, I can't keep coming back.

He was sweeping still, so I asked him if I should sit in the same chair as the last guy. He glared and said "let me finish sweeping". Jeez dude, just asking where I should sit. Told him I was growing my hair out, but needed to minimize as much of the "awkward stage" as possible, so I wanted an undercut -- but blended and not too short on the sides. My hair was longer at the time, and I had a superficial part in the hair past the temples; the part lined up with the middle of my right eye. He followed this part, but kept one side shorter than the other. I take blame for some of this, because I didn't specify I wanted it all the same length on top... but he never said that's what he was going to do, just starting chopping. There was really no way for me to be able to judge how short he was cutting on that side until it was done. Now that my hair is growing out, one side of the top is a good 1-1.5" shorter than the other, and I'll have to cut it all down in order to even it out. The place did have cool decor, but I couldn't get past the lack of customer service and lack of communication. Just too many other places to go in the city.
