feels rushed, he doesn't know how to cut medium length hair. had to get a second haircut afterwards to fix it before going in public.

Best barber shop In town. Both Mark and Greg are amazing barbers. Greg is new but it is like he has…read moreyears of barbering under his belt. 17 bucks for a consistent haircut is a fair price to pay in this city for sure. If you begrudge a man a cigarette or lunch break in the middle of an eight hour work day, or need to be coddled and pandered to, head on down to your local First Choice to get butchered by a beauty school drop out. If you want a solid haircut, some good conversation and the latest hair products for men, you go to Vecchio's.

First time in, the son was the one working. Didn't get a friendly, welcoming vibe at all. He glared and said "let me finish sweeping". Jeez dude, just asking where I should sit. Told him I was growing my hair out, but needed to minimize as much of the "awkward stage" as possible, so I wanted an undercut -- but blended and not too short on the sides. My hair was longer at the time, and I had a superficial part in the hair past the temples; the part lined up with the middle of my right eye. He followed this part, but kept one side shorter than the other. I take blame for some of this, because I didn't specify I wanted it all the same length on top... but he never said that's what he was going to do, just starting chopping. There was really no way for me to be able to judge how short he was cutting on that side until it was done. Now that my hair is growing out, one side of the top is a good 1-1.5" shorter than the other, and I'll have to cut it all down in order to even it out. The place did have cool decor, but I couldn't get past the lack of customer service and lack of communication. Just too many other places to go in the city.
