Now it seems as if the skill has gone downhill and the prices went up. 3 times I've left now unsatisfied and part of that is my fault for not asking to go shorter or fix this or that multiple times. When it's not what I want, I'll point out the issues and give them a chance to fix it. After that, I just let it go because they either don't possess the ability to understand my issue or fix it. Used to be great, especially Roxanne, but she's gone now and apparently it's VERY hit or miss. I won't be back anymore because I need reliability and competency. Everyone there is very nice and customer service is good as well, but if you can't do a simple fade and scissor trim up top, I can't keep coming back.

Prices are REASONABLE. $19 for a cut and style, and both of the hair stylists have been cutting hair for 10+ years. What. A. Steal. Since there's only 2 of them I recommend calling and making your appointment at least a week in advance (if not more) so you can get the day and time you want. They also do any kind of facial waxing, too! I had Brittany as my hair stylist and she was so sweet and easy to talk to - and she did a great job on my hair! Especially compared to all the salons in Watertown (or anywhere, for that matter), this is crazy cheap for the years of experience these girls have. The other stylists name is Sarah and a friend of mine had her hair done by her and loved her too - so you really can't go wrong! The salon is small, but cute and welcoming. Why would you pair more for a hair cut if you don't have to? Go here. You won't regret it.
