Now it seems as if the skill has gone downhill and the prices went up. 3 times I've left now unsatisfied and part of that is my fault for not asking to go shorter or fix this or that multiple times. When it's not what I want, I'll point out the issues and give them a chance to fix it. After that, I just let it go because they either don't possess the ability to understand my issue or fix it. Used to be great, especially Roxanne, but she's gone now and apparently it's VERY hit or miss. I won't be back anymore because I need reliability and competency. Everyone there is very nice and customer service is good as well, but if you can't do a simple fade and scissor trim up top, I can't keep coming back.

She likes to flirt and lead them on with sexual banter then turns around and claims that they are harassing her! No wonder she was asked to leave other salons before she opened her own. There were 3 techs there, and when I arrived at 3p, there were 4 customers, 3 in chairs. Man, are they slow!!! By 430p, I was still sitting there waiting!!!! I also watched a young lady come in complaining she had been there the previous day, her polish felt like sand, her cuticles had been cut up, and they cut them uneven and on her fingers. She said she had paid $60 and she thought it should have been better. The guy told her to "come back sometime next week and I'll see what I can do". She walked out in tears. I thought about trying again this morning, but screw that! It's not worth me walking out pissed later.
