Well, this BARBER turns away a customer when the customer is standing right in front of them! What's up bro?!?
Here's the story. I walked in there at 4:30 PM on a Saturday, their published hours are 5 PM closing on Saturday, yet the sign on the door says 3 PM.
I walk up to the door, and seeing lights on inside, I try the door. The door opens and I walk in. There are people, I'm guessing employees, over in the corner muttering away to each other about something dead. I get their attention. A female walks over to me, and asked me if she can help me. I ask her if I can have a haircut. She tells me she closes at 3 PM. And proceeds to hint that, no, I can't have a haircut from them.
The male walks over and assures me that thing that they're talking about that is "dead" is a mouse. Screw the mouse, cut my hair!!!
So, they have a customer standing in front of them willing to pay twice the advertised rate for simple haircut because he is traveling to Vancouver very shortly and is tight on time, needs a haircut in a very bad way, and they make it very clear that they want me out of there... Their body language said "Go somewhere else, we don't want your money..."
Really? Ya... Really. I asked them where I can get a haircut if they are "closed" and the lady says to try next door or down the road or out at the highway.... Blah blah blah....
Moral of the story? Don't bother going there if you expect any customer service whatsoever. Oh, and if you're a thief, go try the door.
Forget these people, I'm going for a haircut in Vancouver....
Update: I am going to go back today and see if they can do my hair properly. If not, watch out! If they do a good job, I'll state accordingly!
Second update: Where do I start? With a ******* holy smokers this company is SH!T... Like I am talking boycott-worthy bad... Long story...
I walk up to their door at 4:45pm, they close at 5pm... I walk in, they barely look at me, and continue cutting the hair of a man and boy already in the chairs. I stand there for 10, YES 10 ******* minutes before some little dude sidles up beside me and mentions that they actually close at 4pm, even though the sign says 5pm.
I nearly blow my head gasket.
The female quickly retorts back that no, only Monday's are 4pm, we are still open... The two employees battle back and forth trying to figure out who is right... The time is now 4:57pm.
I impatiently interrupt their bickering and ask for a darn haircut as I'm leaving for Vancouver tomorrow. They look blank... The male finds his mouth and stammers "n, n, no, we are almost closed. We close at 5pm."
I blow my head gasket. "Look, a customer is standing right in front of you, willing to pay good money for a ******* haircut, and you are saying no?!? Like really???!!?? I was here at 4:45pm, you ignored me until you had no more excuse to ignore me, and now you think I'm going to let you have your way?!?!?!!!!"
The male squeaks out "I'm sorry, I'm new here..."
And I give a ****!!!!! Ya, your new, and you're likely going to remain new at every single job you have (for the 2 weeks you remain employed) unless you learn some darn customer service skills! Give up while you are ahead! Xbox for you!
Listen, I don't give the third strike, I am too nice. I tell every single person alive to avoid, no, boycott, wait, brick their ******g front door! For once and for all.
True story, no I am not changing this review for a nice wad of cash either. Take that, Papa. read more
