I was…read morepreparing for a huge charity event fifteen minutes away and really wanted to look the part, so i splurged on a professional stylist and even bought myself a glass of while at the spa to drink while she worked. From start to finish I could feel myself relaxing; the whole ambiance of the spa is wonderful - finished beautifully inside and out! The best part - my hair looked Fantastic and it only took about 45 minutes (and I have LONG hair). I can't wait to go back for the fully pampered experience!

Now I have had an awesome experience at this spa: a pedicure with hot wax, and I was very impressed - the massaging chair was like getting an extra back massage while the feet were getting done! I came away feeling very refreshed and relaxed; this was just what I needed! It's a rather large building with many different rooms. I did not see it all, but what I did see was nice and clean, and nicely laid out. It the waiting room waiting for the nail polish to dry, there was a beautiful large, vibrant fish tank. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. There were current magazines available, so you could catch up on current affairs while you are waiting. Midway through my pedicure, one of the receptionists came around offering cookies. That was a nice touch. This is not a cheap spa treatment, but definitely good place to go get pampered in preparation for a wedding, or other special event. Or, just because! This place will continue to be on my wish list as a recommendation for gift certificates. :-)

You'll get it cut because you're sitting in the chair but dont think youll get in the chair again. Your calls for another cut in 6-8 weeks weeks request will be ignored, you call again a couple weeks later leave a voicemail, again ignored. You send a message because you're facebook friends and again empty promise of a time slot. Cant be bothered with a stylist who plays these childish games. What a joke

I booked hair appointments in advance for three months, including just before Christmas. First she…read moregave me a colour that I hated and "didn't have time" to fix it. Then I texted to confirm my appointment and suddenly Natasha doesn't have an appointment booked for me. I have the card in my hand in HER handwriting showing the dates and times of the appointments that she booked. She clearly gave my appointment to someone else because I had to cancel my last appointment. Not very professional ... would NOT recommend.
