I love this office. They are efficient and well staffed albeit very busy. My doctor, Dr. Kellogg does a wonderful job, is attentive and genuinely cares. I get my bloodwork done immediately after my appointment right in the office. Great all around. I do feel bad the staff are wearing masks hanging off their face, only pretending. It makes a lot of sense to just not wear them at all. No need to fake it. read more

Best group of Doctors & staff in the area. Having had horrific experiences with another medical group, I was referred by many about Dr. Kellogg & his staff. His son, Connor takes care of me. When I've had some concerns, he personally calls me back within 15 minutes to a half hour. The staff has been more than helpful, very professional & always prompt. I never waited more than 10 minutes (max) to be seen. Very appreciate! read more

I hope these reviews get to Dr. Kellogg so he is aware of how his practice is being ran, first off it is very true you can not get in to be seen when you are ill, they tell you to go to urgent care, their nurse that takes the calls and some receptionists are very rude. My daughter just got informed that she is no longer a patient with them because she was treated badly on the phone and said she would start to look for a new doctor and the receptionist took it upon herself to tell the pa that she sees that she no longer wanted to be a patient there any longer, which was not said at all. Now my daughter is without a doctor. My husband and myself are both patients there and I am quite upset about the actions of the staff. read more

Watertown Internists is a great group! Doctors are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It is not uncommon to receive a personal cell phone number from a physician "just in case". The office is majorly busy and trying to get through the phone system to talk to a PERSON is on the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea...and that is the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the star-scale. The Patient Portal records access and prescriptions management access has gone a long way to remediate the phone system complaint. The nurses there are great and are cheerful, helpful and supportive. The lab technicians are second to none: I have to watch them draw blood since I rarely feel anything when they draw it. Mosquitoes could learn a few tricks from these skillful people! Dr White has been my physician for several years now. His group is very good with routine appointments and visits. The sad part is getting seen when you have a problem. Right now, I can hardly walk due to pain. The office nurse (if she really is one) finds it acceptable to not schedule me to be seen for over a month. The "nurse" has the empathy level of a rock. Her assessment skills are lacking. I don't anticipate it getting any better there. They are happy to give substandard care. read more
