The doctor I saw--Millie--did NOT take a single vital, run any tests, or ask any meaningful questions. She spent less than 30 seconds looking in my ears, mouth, and nose before randomly diagnosing me with a sinus infection (which I clearly didn't have) and sent me out the door with antibiotics. I KNEW that diagnosis didn't make sense, so I went to WellNow for a second opinion. They immediately told me it wasn't a sinus infection, stopped the unnecessary antibiotics, and actually took the time to run proper tests--like a stool sample sent to a lab. I cannot believe how careless this place was with my health. This wasn't just lazy--it was negligent. I strongly recommend you avoid this place if you actually care about getting real medical care.

The waiting area has a slushee machine which my toddler LOVED. Both times We've set up appts online and when we check in they take us RIGHT BACK to be seen by the doc! Literally never experienced a wait. The doc i saw was super friendly and informative. I have the upmost Confidence that they will listen to my concerns and treat me appropriately. Walked in at 8 and was told today they are only doing primary care, not urgent care, and I would need to visit a different urgent care in town. Though the ladies were very nice, I will not go here again. No where on their site does it state on Thursday's they do not take urgent care patients. But again, they don't even have the right hours there either.... if you are in need of an urgent care, go to a different place. Might not be an urgent care day when you need them.
