The doctor I saw--Millie--did NOT take a single vital, run any tests, or ask any meaningful questions. She spent less than 30 seconds looking in my ears, mouth, and nose before randomly diagnosing me with a sinus infection (which I clearly didn't have) and sent me out the door with antibiotics. I KNEW that diagnosis didn't make sense, so I went to WellNow for a second opinion. They immediately told me it wasn't a sinus infection, stopped the unnecessary antibiotics, and actually took the time to run proper tests--like a stool sample sent to a lab. I cannot believe how careless this place was with my health. This wasn't just lazy--it was negligent. I strongly recommend you avoid this place if you actually care about getting real medical care.

Last week I get an email from a collection agency for the $200 they say I owe. ALSO on that day the doctor was telling me how his daughter is tough and doesn't feel pain like she should. He said my grandson was fine but maybe he should have spent more time on him because the next day we ended up at the Emergency Department where he was treated and given the proper antibiotics to treat an ear infection. I have been trying to call them to speak with higher ups but it's impossible and to date that hasn't happened.

But again, they don't even have the right hours there either.... if you are in need of an urgent care, go to a different place. Might not be an urgent care day when you need them.
