After searching for over a year, and nearly giving up, I finally found a chiropractor in the Watertown area that is an absolute expert, whom I trust fully with mine and my client's bodies, and whom I can confidently say played a major role in getting me back into my lifting regimen. I am so thankful to have a functioning, pain free body, and to be able to dive back into the sport that I love so much. Do yourself and your body a favor and go see Dr. Dingman if you have any pain, or simply just for maintenance. You really can't go wrong. Treatment 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Staff service: 5/5

The office is majorly busy and trying to get through the phone system to talk to a PERSON is on the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea...and that is the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the star-scale. The Patient Portal records access and prescriptions management access has gone a long way to remediate the phone system complaint. The nurses there are great and are cheerful, helpful and supportive. The lab technicians are second to none: I have to watch them draw blood since I rarely feel anything when they draw it. Mosquitoes could learn a few tricks from these skillful people! Typically, I come for a wax and always feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the process. During a recent visit, I decided to ask about facials (I've never had one before). Laurie (the owner) explained several to me that would be beneficial for my skin concerns. I booked an appointment for the four layer mask facial and nervously went to my appointment. After she brought me down to the room where the procedure was to be performed, she explained the series of events to be expected. Throughout her explanation she asked if I had any questions. She was very welcoming and comforting and provided a fantastic explanation for what was to be expected. After undressing and getting comfortable on the table she came in and began my facial. It was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The aromas of the product and the room were relaxing; the subtle music in the background helped me to unwind. I felt as though I was being transported to another place. Her expertise with facials made each phase feel like second nature for her hands. I am beyond words by how impressed I am from this experience. As I mentioned, this was my first facial every and so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will definitely be setting the bar high for my future facials. I walked out of my appointment feeling extremely relaxed and my face feels softer than a baby's bottom. Honestly, I'm not sure when my face has ever felt this great! I will be back for more!
