I saw Sebastian for the first time today. He went over and above to make sure he took care of my sore, tight muscles. I will definitely be going back! read more

We will not be returning. I used to come here when they first opened many years ago. There was only 1 masseuse but she was awesome, responsive, and had magical hands. I left the area and recently moved back. Pros: Love the decor and that Dr. Megan is there working as a chiropractor. It's convenient. I had an appointment with Tammy for 60 minutes. While good, she literally talked the entire time which killed the vibe. Not only that, she went into deep existential remarks of where my pain comes from. When she asked what I did for a living and I told her, she then assumed that I didn't know how to separate my client's feelings from my own and this is where my chronic pain was emanating from. I've been doing my job for 24 years! Trust me, I don't take on client's stuff and could teach her how to not do the same while learning how to read a room. I digress. I then scheduled a 90- and 60- min deep tissue for my partner and I with Tasha. We scheduled nearly a month in advance to ensure our work and childcare times aligned and to guarantee a spot since Tammy is usually the one that works on Fridays. The first appointment, appointments were at 9a and 1045a on a Friday before Christmas. She cancelled with less than 24- hours notice saying bc we were getting bad weather prediction on Friday afternoon, she was cancelling all of her appointments. No offer to reimburse us $35 per appointment for cancelling less than 24-hours like they would charge us if we had done the same. The weather did not occur until that Friday beginning at 3p. She tried to rebook us for Tuesday of the next week. I have clients too. I respect them enough not to cancel with such short notice. We booked for the very next Friday. Thursday, 29 Dec, Tasha cancelled again stating she had the flu after JUST going to the urgent care. We've had enough and requested refund of our $215 back. Melissa sent me a message saying these things were unavoidable, but when I look out at the next 2 months, Tasha doesn't typically work on Fridays. I would imagine this probably had a lot to do with the cancellations. Although we are getting a refund (supposedly), bc Tasha cancelled last minute, I just lost out on $900 for two workdays of pay (earn $125/hr for 5 hours we scheduled off for both appointments minus the tax of 30% on that). It doesn't seem that Tasha or Melissa cared about the second and third order effects of their behavior, but their policies hold people to a standard they can't meet themselves. read more

Melissa and Paul were absolutely amazing! Melissa was so helpful and fit me into the schedule last minute when I was in town for a medical procedure. I cannot thank her enough for helping me out!! And Paul was such a wonderful massage therapist! It was exactly what I needed to help me de-stress and remain calm before the procedure. I highly recommend NNY Massage to anyone in the area! They are really miracle workers!! read more

Wonderful and unique services! Highly recommend all practitioners. Yoga and sound therapy from Sound and Motion Wellness held in sight!

Almost five years later and I still love Melissa and her team. My husband and I continue to have couples massages and use her other services provided. She has expanded her practice with new services, Riki, Sauna, and soon a floating tub. Melissa continues to research massage techniques for my medical needs. Highly recommended read more

We have had two massages at NNY Massage and both were wonderful. Looking forward to our next one!

Highly skilled, highly professional therapists who genuinely care about you. The best service I ever experienced. Highly recommended.

Amazing massage! Laura was great.. Made me comfortable and adjusted the pressure when needed. She made also made sure that she loosened my problem areas too. I would like to try Melissa too but when you already know what's good why try anything else? I liked that they play music instead of the usual massage music (rivers/waterfalls blah blah blah). I already recommended her to a few of my friends. read more

Clark is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. He asks about areas of concern or issues and addresses all of them in his therapy. Some therapists I've been to in the past are more timid or just lack the strength to actually dig in and work out issues, but not Clark. His techniques are the best. read more

Laura rocks my socks! She gives a great therapeutic massage, and definitely knows her stuff. I will come back to her over and over again!

I wish I could share how great my massage was but they never answer their phone. They direct you to their website to book appointments but you can't book same day on there. Granted they deserve at least a days notice but a medical flare up made it necessary to book same day. Also, a big turn off was that on their pricing it states "prices do not include the industry standard gratuity". Don't pull that crap or you end up with a review like this one. ***disclaimer. I never really received any services here so I can't comment on their capabilities. read more

This is a really good pain relieving massage. I am not sure how many therapists there are, but I saw Melissa. I believe she is the owner. She knows what she is doing and when I was in pain she made an effort to find time in the schedule to see me. Accepts credit cards and not too expensive like a spa. Convenient location to Fort Drum. read more

Bethany was very knowledgeable and responsive to my muscles' cues. The facility is humble, but functional. I enjoy the infrared sauna as well. read more

Great place! It's a little small but it's great! Very welcoming and professional. I came here to take care of some injuries on my body and pain. When I walk out I felt better and in good shape. Just outside Fort Drum and it has a good price for the great service. read more

"I loved the service! I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Laura and can't wait to go back!"

LOVE this place!!! I have had both Laura and Melissa and they both were phenomenal. I also love the atmosphere...they play music rather than "Spa Music" which I actually find much more relaxing. I recommend everyone I know to them. read more
