I think you should think about the effect you'd have of a poor review, then think again and don't send it unless it's really substantive, like being charged exorbitantly, for instance. The staff at Doggie Depot are always very kind and gentle with my dog. They try and reassure him and make him feel comfortable. I am so appreciative of their sensitivity to my dog.
