Took care of exactly what we asked for, took time upon pick up to have us look at her work & share if anything was missed which I appreciated given it was her first time grooming Olive. They also had the groom done in a short amount of time from when I dropped off which is always appreciated when you don't have to wait 5-6 hours to pick your dog back up. On the slightly more expensive side from other groomers I've used but worth it based on the work, friendliness & level of service! For starters, it's a small, woman owned business. And the woman who owns it is just fantastic. Christina runs a warm, friendly, caring, welcoming, and nurturing daycare for dogs that I swear rivals the best of human nursery schools. The same staff has worked there for years which is always the best sign of a well-run organization. I've watched with pride as she expanded the business over the years and has maintained the same exceptional quality of care and grooming. Special appreciation for Lacey, a stellar groomer and Pippi's other mother, Ali and John who always make our experience more personal.
