Recently my 10…read moreyear old sweet furry rescue had to have major abdominal surgery due to an obstruction which turned out to be a VERY large fur ball. She pulled through with flying stars thank goodness but we really needed to address the beautiful but dangerous amount of fur that she had on her body. I have had Cats all of my life but never had them professionally groomed. What a FANTASTIC experience! Dana was so sweet and caring both to me and my Kitty. She was so gentle, talking to Piper throughout her 45 minute Spa day. She clipped her toes, cleaned her ears, took TONS of undercoat from her and then lightly shaved her undercarriage, chest, under arms, sanitary places, feet and other places that Piper likes to groom. We also have Sully going a couple days a week to their doggy daycare program. He loves his days there and comes home totally exhausted from all the fun things he and other dogs who are there do while they are there. The end of January my husbands mother passed away and we had to go to Boston for about 10 days. We boarded Sully with Dawg House and opted for their open boarding and he had a good time with the other dogs that were boarding there when he was there. Jess and Stan and their staff are great with the dogs. We are so glad we found Dawg House when we moved to this area and Sully is very happy about it too.

The gold tub was dilapidated. Seems counterintuitive that you'd have a self service place and leave it in that condition. Staff was friendly.
