Bad massage and creepy vibe. Like others experienced, she kept leaving the room. At one point for at least 10-minutes during which time I heard the toilet flush! Another time for at least 5-minutes and I almost got up and left. I specifically asked for foot and shoulder work because that's where I keep my tension. Instead, she basically stroked my back and legs for 40-minutes then called it an hour and said she was done. Came back in while I was dressing and hung around in the room until I tipped her. I wish I could give 0 stars... I have been to many parlors all over the country, with no hesitation, I would say this is one of the WORSE ever. I have visited this parlor numerous times due to being very conveniently located, however, I got screwed every time and kept going, it's almost like kinda masochistic obsession, and was hoping that they would put their act together. Every single time I made an appt. and by the time I arrived; * The person I set an appt. doesn't work that day, * The person I set up an appt. is busy for the rest of the day, * The person I set up an appt. denies talking to me on the phone, * The person who gave me an appt. is not available, see someone else, * They NEVER apologize, * They never try to make it up to their customer, * They are extremely RUDE and BOSSY to their clients, * ....and the drum roll, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MASSAGE. Person who answers phone to make appointments is rude and incompetent. Look I know communication is always a challenge at these types of places, but this gal seems to know next to no english. Tried making appointments a few times and she always pushes me to another spa. I guess they only have one masseuse working there? When I was finally able to make an appointment (thru her) when I arrived she said she couldn't take me and aggressively tried to hand me card fir the other spa. Even though she was the one who made the allotment she said she didn't have it. These ladies don't seem to care about alienating their customers. The previous owners were 1000% better. I really hate to give such a poor review but my experience here was pretty bad. I went over on a Monday around 8:15pm and was the only one there. Me and two employees. One of them greets me and tells me it's prepay, which I thought was kind of weird. So I pay and I tip $5 thinking I'll give her a few more bucks at the end if I have a good experience. Anyways about 3 minutes into the massage I ask if she's going to use oil because thus far she'd only done very light work with a sheet covering my back. She says yes... And proceeds to mumble about my 'low' tip. Truly out of no where! I ask what she's talking about because I can't believe what I'm hearing and she clarifies, saying that $10 is the expected tip amount for a 1 hour massage. I don't know any of this mind you, this is only the third massage I've had in my life. I am laying there in this strange place, fully naked and in shock as I get reprimanded for my low prepay tip amount. I'd never felt so vulnerable in front of a stranger. I tell her I have cash and that I'll give her some more money afterwards, to which she produced an audible 'psshhh.' At that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I wasn't going to lay vulnerable and undressed for 60 minutes in front of someone who treats me like that. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, this was the opposite. I told her I wanted a refund and that I wanted to leave. Up at the front the drama continues as her coworker / boss begins to yell at her in another language in front of me for many minutes as she tries to process my refund. Twice this second woman tries to grab and pull me in a fairly violent manner into the back claiming she'll 'take care' of me instead. I was so freaked out by the whole thing I couldn't wait to get out of there. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst massage experience of my life. I have joint & back issues so have been getting regular massages for the last 20+ years and this was the worst. This place is closer to my house than other places I frequent so wanted to give them a try for the second time. The first time I went was when they just opened and the foot massage Was so-so but the real problem was they almost scalded my feet with how hot the towels were. They also seemed very disorganized but I chalked that up to being new. Now at least a year later I saw they had some positive reviews so thought I would give them another try. I walked in about 3:20pm and someone came out to greet me right away. I told her what I wanted and she asked if I had an appointment and I said no but I can make one if you're busy. She started loudly arguing back-and-forth in a foreign language with the other worker and I could tell something was wrong so I again told her I'm happy to come back later in the day or even another day. She said no it's OK but they could only do one hour. Then she proceeded to argue loudly back-and-forth again with the other worker for 3 minutes straight. When she came back out to the lobby to get me again I told her I am happy to come back if there's a problem and she said no follow her. She then set me up in a room she left and l waited in the room and heard constant yelling back-and-forth for five minutes before she came back. She then started my massage so I thought all that is done I should try and enjoy it. that was impossible. During the next 55 minutes she left the room at least 8 times to argue with the other worker and talk to other people. Additionally twice we were interrupted by someone else knocking on the door to borrow something from her. Apparently they only have one bottle of lotion for the whole establishments. On top of that either their table or floor squeaked every time she pushed on it squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak isn't that annoying? Try listening to that for an hour straight. So during my one hour massage I think I actually got a 45 minute massage because of all the departures and interruptions, listened to frequent loud arguing back-and-forth between the workers and had a never ending squeak to contend with. When it was done I was so happy to be leaving and knew I would never go back. So I went to pay her and she complained because I wasn't giving her a tip. This is the first time I have not tipped a masseuse. It is outrageous for her to complain about not getting a tip after treating me the way she did and giving me terrible service. She asked a second time for her tip. She should've given me a discount or not charged me at all. Then she said I would've had better service if I called in advance to make an appointment and I said I told you a few times I was happy to make an appointment and come back another time but she was the one that said no they could do an hour. I don't think an appointment makes a difference you would still be subjected to high-pitched arguing, constant interruptions and never ending squeaking. read more

It's a clean, well maintained place, tucked in the back corner of a shopping center. I have been here a few times and seems like they have several ladies who take turns frequently. My masseuse was Nancy, very polite, accommodating, skilled girl. Her style is more on the gentle side with nice attention to sore spots and knots. I am sure I'll go back. read more
