I know my review won't mean much but I wanted to let ppl know my experience. I had been going to this jeweler for a few years to replace a prong tip here or there. Everything had been fine, although there were some long waits on repairs like a week or 2, but this last time I went in for a repair on a prong tip, they apparently re-tipped 2 prongs I didn't even ask them to do & the scratchy prong that was snagging was left the same. I explained repeatedly the issue & they said they'd fix it. The prong tip is smaller than ever & still snags my hair & clothes. Not to mention they charged me over double what I had ever paid. I called & told them but they literally couldn't have cared less. I've found another jeweler who told me that my ring does NOT need a new setting & that it's fine, which is the contrary to what they told me at treasures several times. $50 flushed down the toilet. read more

BEST PLACE FOR COLORED GEM STONES! I have been going to Treasures for years now. A friend turned me on to them and I thank her to this day. They have amazing jewelry. They design most of their pieces in store so only your imagination will limit you. Their designers have created many award winning pieces and yet their prices are better then you'll find out there! You should try and stop by and allow yourself time to browse because there are too many pieces to see. It's not like your chain stores where this is a "section" of colored stones. This is an array of them. You won't see a better selection anywhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the owner Scott will gladly explain all about the gemstones. My Wife bought a Ring from Samuels Jewelers for our wedding 4 years ago. they advertised some weird type of mixed metal called Lux3 but it looked great so we bought it... we have had it in 3-4 times a year for repairs, my ring spent more time being repaired than being shown off and worn. I had taken it in yet again for repairs and found out that the warranty company that they used has changed and i would have to send it in myself as the store would no longer do that. I Took it to Treasures and spoke with the Owner, he asked me to let them try to repair it the right way and offered a great deal on the repairs... I just recieved it back and found out that Lux3 is just a 94% silver ring... they repaired it and kept to the price arrangement and it looks better than when we first bought it at Samuels... My next jewelry purchase will be here and I am telling all my friends and family to come here as well... the staff are amazing and the repairs and customer service are A+... My wife had requested that we reset her wedding and engagement ring. after 28 years of constant wear. We started a search for a custom jeweler. We looked around at the chains and they had no idea what to do other than pick a stock setting. We wanted something a little more unique. A friend suggested Treasures. We walked in without an appointment and met Scott (owner). We discussed with him what we wanted and he listened. We wanted to use the original three diamonds and the original yellow gold for some of the ring and then a new white gold setting for the main stone done in a "ring guard" fashion. We had sketches a time later and after a couple of tweaks a wax model. A short time after that we went from the wax model to the completed masterpiece. The final result was both amazing and superb. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, overall customer service and even pricing were simply excellent. Need custom work? I have done business with Treasures for a number of years having custom made jewelry designed, purchasing fairly large diamonds for a ring and solitaire earrings, basic repairs, etc. Each time I worked with these folks, I had nothing but praise for them and told my friends how great they were. Unfortunately, I had a rather bad experience in which I had a pair of diamond solitaire earrings reset and was orally quoted a price of $200 by Jessica. I specifically recall that number, because I thought it was a bit pricey, but I really wanted it done, and I trusted this store's workmanship. Shame on me for not getting a written estimate. So, when I arrived to pick up the earrings, I was told that it was $292 but that I got a discount down to $250 plus change. I objected and said that was not what was quoted to me. Jessica replied that was the price and demonstrated to me how she calculated it which totally ignored the fact that I really didn't care how she calculated it because I knew what she had told me. She basically lost me as a customer for $50. Perhaps my purchases over the years just were not sufficient for me to considered a good customer. My advice if you choose this store - GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE for even the most basic transactions. read more

I first found Treasures over the internet in 2004 when I was looking for an engagement ring. I was very lucky to stumble onto this great shop with reasonably priced high quality jewelry. Scott is the owner and has always been very helpful, approachable and he has an uncanny sense of what I have wanted for my wife. He helped me design the engagement ring and the accompanying wedding band. Much of this was done over the internet. Since then, I have purchased tahitian pearls and a few diamond earrings from him. Each time the deals have been done sight unseen and have concluded without hitch! His diamond connections are great! Then I ended up buying a once in a lifetime ring there as well several days later, got a great deal on it and it is not like anything else I have seen. Scott took the time to look at my other jewelry and explained some details about the setting that I would never have known otherwise. They are truly a full service and thorough operation. I initially walked into Treasures because I was eating nearby and got curious. I have now been a customer for a couple years. This business is family owned and operated. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No deceptive sales practices or high pressure tactics that you would expect from the large jewelry places. Scott, Danielle, Brian, Maria, and Jessica all genuinely care about their customers and will set you up with beautiful, one of a kind pieces that meet your needs and far exceed your expectations. Their prices are much less than other jewelry stores and they can offer better quality items because Scott hand picks his inventory (gems) when he travels the world. I ventured away from the norm and asked them to make a custom pendant for me. I hand selected the gemstones from their many trays of available colors and diamonds and Jessie created an amazing setting for me. My husband and I were looking for a reputable jeweler who could customize a wedding ring for me. Treasures had been recommended by my in-laws to us as many of their friends have been clients there. I had a design completely drawn up and was ready to finalize everything, just pick a stone. We were waiting for Scott to finish up with another patron when one of his associates asked if we would like to look at settings. Being a woman I couldn't turn down looking at diamonds! I tried on a number of rings but could not take a particular setting off, it just spoke to me. Mind you, I had already completed a customized ring and was ready to go ahead with that design. When Scott came over to us, I had decided to scrap the custom ring and chose one of the settings in Treasures. I am so happy I did! We decided to make some adjustments to the setting, i.e.: use bigger stones, and then chose the center stone, which was beautiful. I can't say enough how happy I am with my ring! Not a week goes by without someone commenting on how lovely it is. The entire process from picking the stone, setting, and paying for it was a breeze. The nice thing about Treasures is that you really won't find duplicate/cookie cutter rings being sold. We went back to discuss adding another band to my ring, and my setting was no longer being displayed. I have yet to see another ring like mine and guarantee if you go there you can either create your own design with Scott, or chose a unique setting of your own. I would recommend Treasures to anyone who wants a unique piece of jewelry with a "no pressure" and hassle-free buying process!
