We were referred to Treasures from a jewelry appraiser in Scottsdale which we are so happy for the referral because they have the most beautiful jewelry and one of kind items. We have bought a few items and I had a custom ring made for my husband which is absolutely gorgeous and he gets compliments on it all the time. Scott helped me pick the stone and then their designer drew up some settings based on the shape of the stone. We fell in love with this store from the first time we went in. Everyone is very friendly and no pressure to buy, beautiful one of kind pieces and great selection and prices to fit any budget. After we made our first purchase we both said we wouldn't buy from any other jeweler. I get compliments on all the pieces we have bought from them and always recommend them. It's nice to finally find someone that you trust completely. read more

After another "jeweler" ruined our wedding bands that we'd taken in to have remade for our 10 year anniversary/vow renewal, I was devastated. Only 10 days before the big day, and we had no rings. My husband found Treasures online and suggested that we try to take our mess there and see if anything could be done. After listening to our story, looking at what the previous jeweler had returned to us, and discussing what we really wanted, the owner, Scott, put it to me point blank. His turn around time is 30 days and he was backed up as it was. Our rings were such a mess that we would have to replace one diamond, as well as add 4 more to complete the bands. He then told us that he liked our story, understood our vision for the bands, and though he would have to bring on employees and pay them overtime, he would have our custom made, one of a kind, rings complete and returned in 9 days. I cried. In fact, I tear up as I write this review. Scott with Treasures literally saved the most beautiful day of my life. Our renewal was our dream wedding and our rings came back more beautiful than I could've dreamed, and with a day to spare, just in case I wanted to change anything. He also charged significantly less than the "jeweler" wanted to charge for ruining them in the first place. I cannot say enough good about this amazing, unique, one of a kind jewelry shop. Every single person we encountered was an absolute delight. They even entertained my very busy 3 year old, with patience, kindness and generosity. As far as we are concerned, there is nowhere else to shop for jewelry. We are eternally grateful to Treasures for making our special day a literal dream come true. read more

If you go anywhere else you're going to over pay for less quality and worse service. Scott Bohall is the most honest person I've ever met in Jewelry business and does amazing charity work in the community. You won't be disappointed! read more

Scott and the team at Treasures have created a beautiful custom ring for my wife. The quality of the work is top notch! I was incredibly pleased with their pricing, turn around times, and customer service overall. I had a very last minute request for a custom ring for my anniversary and Scott had it done for me in less than a week! From start to finish! He's also helped my brother and other friends with their Jewelry needs. I highly recommend anyone in the market for some jewelry, especially custom pieces, to visit Treasures and give them a shot. You will be glad you did! read more

Cannot more highly recommend Treasures! When looking a jeweler, one seeks integrity and creativity while also keeping in mind the obvious...quality and costs. Treasures has all of the above. We have used them for years, and have recommended them to family and friends who too have become extremely satisfied and repeat customers. The ring I wear on my right hand is one of Scott's designs. And, I have never had more comments on the beauty of any one piece of jewelry in my entire life. It is a family run business where you get the personal and individualized attention. Never a need to go elsewhere! read more

I needed a quick insurance appraisal and they answered the phone and told me to come right in. I was able to have it appraised while I waited. They proved a letter of proof and they were very inexpensive. Awesome customer service read more

A honest jewelry shop? The answer is yes!!!! We went here on recommendations from friends from work and I will tell you they were not kidding! This guy will explain every singe aspect of the ring you pick and what everything means etc. He will not try to get you to spend more then you have or play any games with you. Will never to go a big box store jewelry store again! read more

Best place for value, uniqueness, and custom jewelry from a family owned business that is always concerned about your needs. We have no reason to go anywhere else and have dealt with them for years. read more

I have been a regular customer at Treasures for years, and for good reason - the service and quality are OUTSTANDING. I have had 3 rings custom designed there and they are each unique and beautiful. What I like most about Treasures is that it is not like the cookie-cutter stores you will find in the mall - not meant as a slight to them - it is just that what you will find at Treasures is a high quality and unique product. The entire staff is knowledgable, friendly and helpful - and they are truly a family! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!! read more

The best jewelry store around. Everyone is very friendly. They have some beautiful, unique pieces of jewelry. Much better than the mass produced ones at the mall store. Had a ring sized there and they did a great job for much less than Jareds quoted me. Highly recommend. read more

I have known the owners of Treasures for over 20 years. They provide the utmost in HONEST service, I send everyone looking for a jeweler their way because I know they will receive the best and most honest customer service. Their company mission statement could be Value, Honesty, and Service to the community and the entire staff follows this statement. Treasures plays an important part in the community, supporting school and sports programs, and a special focus for children and adults with special needs. The jewelry sold in the store is top quality and one of a kind unique - most is designed by staff. I give my highest recommendation for Treasures read more

I know my review won't mean much but I wanted to let ppl know my experience. I had been going to this jeweler for a few years to replace a prong tip here or there. Everything had been fine, although there were some long waits on repairs like a week or 2, but this last time I went in for a repair on a prong tip, they apparently re-tipped 2 prongs I didn't even ask them to do & the scratchy prong that was snagging was left the same. I explained repeatedly the issue & they said they'd fix it. The prong tip is smaller than ever & still snags my hair & clothes. Not to mention they charged me over double what I had ever paid. I called & told them but they literally couldn't have cared less. I've found another jeweler who told me that my ring does NOT need a new setting & that it's fine, which is the contrary to what they told me at treasures several times. $50 flushed down the toilet. read more

Needed my ring resized... there was some miscommunication that I was originally upset about. However they went above and beyond. I decided to bring my ring in based on the amazing reviews and quickly learned they earned those great reviews. Very happy and will use them moving forward!! read more

BEST PLACE FOR COLORED GEM STONES! I have been going to Treasures for years now. A friend turned me on to them and I thank her to this day. They have amazing jewelry. They design most of their pieces in store so only your imagination will limit you. Their designers have created many award winning pieces and yet their prices are better then you'll find out there! You should try and stop by and allow yourself time to browse because there are too many pieces to see. It's not like your chain stores where this is a "section" of colored stones. This is an array of them. You won't see a better selection anywhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the owner Scott will gladly explain all about the gemstones. They also buy gold at the best prices we could find in the valley. When friends come to visit they bring their gold to trade it here instead of in Calif, etc. read more

Holy Kamoli! Where do I even start! Whether you want original, one of a kind pieces or just the basics at a great price, this store has it all! Became a client and BIG FAN OF TREASURES in 2009 when a TRENDY SCOTTSDALE STORE charged me an arm and a leg for a cheaply made, poorly designed piece that broke TWICE within two months... I came to TREASURES with my guard up, looking for quality and customer service and that is EXACTLY what Scott was striving to give me! He EARNED MY BUSINESS! Because of that, this is the ONLY JEWELER IN TOWN that I WILL EVER Trust to buy from! Dena H. Peoria read more

Best place in town for all of your jewelry needs. I recently had a diamond ring designed and made at this store and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and personable and very helpful. Scott took time on our every visit there to talk with us and he took his time with us. We never felt rushed. The jeweler did an excellent job with the design of my ring with just me explaining the vision I had. Prices are fair and if you have jewelry needs for anything, please go to Treasures, you will not be disappointed. read more

My Wife bought a Ring from Samuels Jewelers for our wedding 4 years ago. they advertised some weird type of mixed metal called Lux3 but it looked great so we bought it... we have had it in 3-4 times a year for repairs, my ring spent more time being repaired than being shown off and worn. I had taken it in yet again for repairs and found out that the warranty company that they used has changed and i would have to send it in myself as the store would no longer do that. I Took it to Treasures and spoke with the Owner, he asked me to let them try to repair it the right way and offered a great deal on the repairs... I just recieved it back and found out that Lux3 is just a 94% silver ring... they repaired it and kept to the price arrangement and it looks better than when we first bought it at Samuels... My next jewelry purchase will be here and I am telling all my friends and family to come here as well... the staff are amazing and the repairs and customer service are A+... If you want quality jewelry at a good price with great service then this is the place to go!!! read more

My wife had requested that we reset her wedding and engagement ring. after 28 years of constant wear. We started a search for a custom jeweler. We looked around at the chains and they had no idea what to do other than pick a stock setting. We wanted something a little more unique. A friend suggested Treasures. We walked in without an appointment and met Scott (owner). We discussed with him what we wanted and he listened. We wanted to use the original three diamonds and the original yellow gold for some of the ring and then a new white gold setting for the main stone done in a "ring guard" fashion. We had sketches a time later and after a couple of tweaks a wax model. A short time after that we went from the wax model to the completed masterpiece. The final result was both amazing and superb. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, overall customer service and even pricing were simply excellent. Need custom work? Without a doubt this is the place to go, his staff and Scott are simply without comparison. read more

I highly recommend Treasures,my husband purchased my engagement ring there 14 years ago. We also purchased our wedding bands there. I had Treasures design my wife a Mother's Ring. It turned out beautiful! My wife was thrilled when I gave it to her, she gets a lot of great compliments on this ring. The price on their high quality custom work rivals that of bulk made 'junk' from the massive retail and big box stores. I will definitely be a return customer to Treasures. read more

I have done business with Treasures for a number of years having custom made jewelry designed, purchasing fairly large diamonds for a ring and solitaire earrings, basic repairs, etc. Each time I worked with these folks, I had nothing but praise for them and told my friends how great they were. Unfortunately, I had a rather bad experience in which I had a pair of diamond solitaire earrings reset and was orally quoted a price of $200 by Jessica. I specifically recall that number, because I thought it was a bit pricey, but I really wanted it done, and I trusted this store's workmanship. Shame on me for not getting a written estimate. So, when I arrived to pick up the earrings, I was told that it was $292 but that I got a discount down to $250 plus change. I objected and said that was not what was quoted to me. Jessica replied that was the price and demonstrated to me how she calculated it which totally ignored the fact that I really didn't care how she calculated it because I knew what she had told me. She basically lost me as a customer for $50. Perhaps my purchases over the years just were not sufficient for me to considered a good customer. My advice if you choose this store - GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE for even the most basic transactions. read more

I first found Treasures over the internet in 2004 when I was looking for an engagement ring. I was very lucky to stumble onto this great shop with reasonably priced high quality jewelry. Scott is the owner and has always been very helpful, approachable and he has an uncanny sense of what I have wanted for my wife. He helped me design the engagement ring and the accompanying wedding band. Much of this was done over the internet. Since then, I have purchased tahitian pearls and a few diamond earrings from him. Each time the deals have been done sight unseen and have concluded without hitch! His diamond connections are great! Our most recent purchase was a set of diamond earrings to complement a set I bought 5 years ago from him. He was able to match the new diamond to the old set amazingly well and at a price far less than my local chain store. Whether you are looking for diamonds or other jewelry, you can't go wrong with Treasures. From the first contact I made in 2004 until now, I have had nothing but good experiences with the purchases I have made from 400 miles away! read more

I love this jewelry store! Have been dealing with them for years when we lived around the corner from them. We have moved up to Cave Creek and I make the trip down to them cause they are worth it. I went in to get a watch serviced and got great service. Then I ended up buying a once in a lifetime ring there as well several days later, got a great deal on it and it is not like anything else I have seen. Scott took the time to look at my other jewelry and explained some details about the setting that I would never have known otherwise. They are truly a full service and thorough operation. Great customer service, amazing collection of jewelry, so many custom pieces that set their inventory apart from anything in other stores. I will definitely be going back to Treasures for all my future jewelry needs and repairs! - E read more

What a great experience!! I went to treasures to meet with Scott. I drove 720 miles from Texas to Phoenix specifically to meet with him about an engagement ring. I have no doubt that I will get the absolute best of everything within my budget. I prefer to support family businesses. While I was there, I met them all and feel like they would invite me to dinner! They are such nice people! I will make the drive again. Totally worth it!! Thanks Scott! read more

I had decided to pass down a 5th generation diamond to my son so he could get it reset into something that his soon to be fiance would love. Trust me when i say my anxiety level was off the charts just thinking about who i could trust to make this happen. He was referred to Treasures by my niece, who recently had her wedding set created there. SO, off to Treasures my son and I went. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in. I knew we were in the right place. Jessica helped my son through the whole process of finding the perfect ring to set the diamond in. Jessica was amazing!!!! She could tell i was so nervous about leaving my diamond so she told us she could get it done that day. We held on to the diamond until it was ready to set and we watched the whole process. When Jessica brought the finished product out to us my heart stopped and i balled like a baby! It was the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. They went above and beyond for us!! By the way, she said YES!!!!! A few months later I was given another diamond from my father that belonged to my grandma and I knew exactly where i was going to go! Again, another amazing experience and a gorgeous ring!!! If you are looking for a place to buy or design anything please stop in and take a look. Thank you Jessica!!! You are amazing!!!! read more

Wow! I simply cannot say enough positive things about this superbly ran family owned and operated jewelry store. I honestly don't shop at jewelry stores often, but I had some rings of my late mother and grandmother I wanted appraised and then some ideas on either using the stones in a new ring, or selling them to purchase something new. The customer service was amazing. Bailey, Jessica, Brian, Scott and those I can't remember their names (sorry) were patient, professional and never once made me feel pressured to buy. You have a customer for life and I recommend Treasures without hesitation! And I LOVE my new ring! Thank you! read more

I initially walked into Treasures because I was eating nearby and got curious. I have now been a customer for a couple years. This business is family owned and operated. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No deceptive sales practices or high pressure tactics that you would expect from the large jewelry places. Scott, Danielle, Brian, Maria, and Jessica all genuinely care about their customers and will set you up with beautiful, one of a kind pieces that meet your needs and far exceed your expectations. Their prices are much less than other jewelry stores and they can offer better quality items because Scott hand picks his inventory (gems) when he travels the world. I ventured away from the norm and asked them to make a custom pendant for me. I hand selected the gemstones from their many trays of available colors and diamonds and Jessie created an amazing setting for me. He kept me involved from everything between the draft sketch to the final product. What an incredible experience and, as a result, I am ruined from purchasing at the chain locations. I would highly recommend Treasures and have referred many family members and friends so far!! read more

My husband and I were looking for a reputable jeweler who could customize a wedding ring for me. Treasures had been recommended by my in-laws to us as many of their friends have been clients there. I had a design completely drawn up and was ready to finalize everything, just pick a stone. We were waiting for Scott to finish up with another patron when one of his associates asked if we would like to look at settings. Being a woman I couldn't turn down looking at diamonds! I tried on a number of rings but could not take a particular setting off, it just spoke to me. Mind you, I had already completed a customized ring and was ready to go ahead with that design. When Scott came over to us, I had decided to scrap the custom ring and chose one of the settings in Treasures. I am so happy I did! We decided to make some adjustments to the setting, i.e.: use bigger stones, and then chose the center stone, which was beautiful. I can't say enough how happy I am with my ring! Not a week goes by without someone commenting on how lovely it is. The entire process from picking the stone, setting, and paying for it was a breeze. The nice thing about Treasures is that you really won't find duplicate/cookie cutter rings being sold. We went back to discuss adding another band to my ring, and my setting was no longer being displayed. I have yet to see another ring like mine and guarantee if you go there you can either create your own design with Scott, or chose a unique setting of your own. I would recommend Treasures to anyone who wants a unique piece of jewelry with a "no pressure" and hassle-free buying process! We will definitely go to Scott for anymore special pieces we're looking for in the future. read more
