I could ask her any questions and she'd respond with an answer within minutes with multiple responses and/or options. All of my guests were complimenting me on the location, elegance, parking, open bar, and bouncy house. It accommodated all ages. I would recommend it to anyone. Jennifer made my mom feel like a queen and me a genius for picking this venue. You can pick a package or à la cart. The prices are reasonable on any budget.

This was a devastating task and they reached out to churches also awaiting responses. They made a $500. Deposit before their walk thru. On the day of their appointment they received a call from the church to confirm they could use the facility and dining hall. The Family apologetically informed the owner that they were accommodated and no longer needed to rent the hall. The lady became upset, told them they had wasted her time and said she was not going to refund their deposit! Who in their right mind abuses a grieving family, senior citizens and in a very vulnerable state due to the circumstances? I am appalled and will do my best to get this information out to everyone. How dare you take advantage of this black family grieving, emotionally distraught and looking for help!

The food was absolutely delicious. The downfall to our event was that we just so happened to have it on the first day of the Mission Inn Light Festival We didn't know that it would be that same day and the streets were closed off and parking was horrible. They operate independently and do not own the building. I was actually on a tour of Life Arts Center when Elvia approached me, claiming she could offer me a better deal. That should have been my first red flag that she was trying to poach me from someone else. I gave her a call, and we decided to visit the venue. When we arrived for the tour, Judy approached us and offered me a significantly higher price, almost $5000 more than Elvia had quoted. I informed her that this was not what I had been told. She apologized and claimed she had confused me with someone else. My fiancé and I expressed our interest in a specific date, which she confirmed was available. She promised to do everything in her power to make our dream reception come true, from setting up the venue to arranging every detail and being a coordinator. She even assured us that she would be present every minute of the day. Before booking I had made numerous phone calls and text messages to Elvia, inquiring about the availability of the same date. Every single call and text message, Elvia was able to confirm the date. The week that I had my appointment to go book my church, I talked to her every day and confirm that date we wanted was still available. The day that we had our church appointment, I had five phone conversations with Elvia . I let her know we were on the way to the church and once we were done, I would give her a call so we can go sign the contract. After I booked my church, I gave her a call and told her we were heading over to sign. The contract date was still available. When we arrive, Elvia was not there. Judy was there. My first question was if our date was still available she told me yes. I am a type A bride so I had every single question answered before we signed this contract. Headed over booked our date, sign our contract and she took our deposit. We were both an ecstatic that we had finally after a long process and touring many venues which had the date we wanted booked. We had finally found the one and had signed our contract and put our deposit down. Fast-forward to 2 1/2 weeks later, I am at work and I get a voicemail from Judy calling me by another name. I called her back to see if she meant to call me or if it was a mistake. She told me that she meant to call me. This is when it all fell apart. At this point, she proceeds to tell me that they have double booked my date for my reception. That they can go ahead and move my reception to another day?? Excuse me?? You want me to get marry at my church one day and weeks later come and tell my family and friends to come for my reception? I couldn't believe this happening! How do you double booked after almost 20 phone calls and text messages and us signing a contract. She claimed that somebody was going over the paperwork and they realized they had double booked. How do you to tell me you sign a legally binding contract without checking if the date was still available after almost 8 phone calls the same day and me telling you, I am coming over to sign the contract for that date. You mean to tell me nobody could bother to see if it was still available ? A no point in time did anybody tell me that it was booked or that anyone had inquired for that date actually I was told they had the whole month I was inquiring about empty. At this point, I was in tears at work because I cannot believe the unprofessionalism from both of them. I told them that now I have to leave work to go deal with this and I needed my deposit back. So, not only was I left with not Venue, I had to miss the whole day of work since this was around 9 am. I left work to go get my deposit back when I showed up Judy nor Elvia had the audacity to face me or my fiancé to apologize to us instead Judy sent her husband to give me back my deposit check. He was so nervous because they knew what they did was wrong and we have the right to sue them for breach of contract. He then tried to get me to still book with them at another venue and that they would give me extra items . At this point, I had no trust in them and felt scammed. I could not believe what they had done, to the most important day of my life. I left and took that check straight to the bank because I was afraid that it would bounce. I really think that they just needed my money or I they did give my day to somebody else for a higher price and then called me and told me they double booked. These people are shady.. It wasn't after this that I found out they they don't own the property which she claimed she did. And that this is not the first time they have called people and told them that they double booked their date. On top of that they have a reputation of going around and stealing customers from other people. Be warned! Don't book with ELVIA OR JUDY!

I don't even know where to start, but I cannot put into words how incredibly helpful he was. Any questions we had he was so sweet and kind enough to answer at almost all hours of the day! If you book here, I'd highly recommend Ricardo, he is extremely organized, and what I loved most about him is how professional he was the day of the wedding while still making sure everything was taken care of. He's human but perhaps part octopus because it felt like he had 8 arms with how much he was doing the day of the wedding while somehow always looking so composed. If only we can all remain that poise under pressure! Ricardo - thank you SO SO SO MUCH for your services during the year of planning, and the day of the wedding! This venue was great, i absolutely loved it as an outdoor venue. There are a few things I would love to give constructive criticism on to the venue for future weddings but overall I truly enjoyed our investment. If you are debating, you won't regret booking Miracle Garden, just make sure you ask for Ricardo! Also -- the florals here are CHEFS KISS, the work is truly that of someone so passionate. Such beautiful work, they're ten times more beautiful in person! The blueprint of the venue made it feel like you are truly inside a miracle garden, the greenery and trees everywhere make it so magical, those small details are what convinced us! Lastly A tip - if you are planning on providing your own name place cards make sure someone in your party reviews their placement because they were mixed up for my wedding sadly, some name cards were at the wrong tables / seats (they were numbered and labeled) which was unfortunate but perhaps a mix up with the decorators when they were placing the cards. Other than that, everything else was great!

The catering was delicious and the decor was beautiful they help with set up and clean up and work with lots of vendors like photo booths and bar service which made a custom menu with delicious cocktails for us ! The coordinators are very helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make us feel stress free and enjoy our event! I will definitely be booking all my events here they also have multiple venues to pick from and all their rooms are timeless and beautiful!     Where do I even start... this place completely surpassed our expectations…read more About a year ago when we first toured the venue, Desiree scheduled our visit and walked us through everything we needed to know about booking. What stood out immediately was that she never tried to push or sell us on anything. At several other venues we visited, we felt pressured right away, but that was never the case here. Instead, she simply provided us with brochures, menus, and helpful information about packages and vendors and told us, "It's your day -- make it personal. You tell us what you want." That approach alone sold us. We booked the venue a year in advance, and throughout the planning process the team was incredibly supportive. Even when a few things changed along the way -- like DJ adjustments, officiant changes, and other small details -- they worked through everything with us and made the process feel manageable. We're truly grateful for that. We made several appointments with Elvia our decorator who is an absolute gem and went above and beyond ensuring that our colors and placements and every small detail was tended to and we were absolutely happy with how she put things together! We had our wedding last night, and we want to sincerely thank Desire, Josie, Elvia, Melissa and Nichole the floor captains, David the bartender, Desmond and his security team, and the busser Ryan. Their planning, execution, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed by us or by our guests. I want everyone reading this to know that weddings and events take planning and all these wonderful people working here need from you is communication. When you don't have that, don't be surprised when things are missing or if theres confusion. It's not the venues fault.     Just had my wedding at Crestmore Manor on 2/6/26 and it was everything I dreamt of and more!…read moreWe booked our venue early, I think August 2024 and before that had gone to a few of their open houses (I highly recommend doing that because I found my coordinator, photographer and videographer, invites and catering during their open houses). I did go in a couple more times after booking to get pictures of the venue too and everyone was also super kind those times too. The Last month leading up to the wedding Put me into more communication with the venue, specifically Teresita who was so helpful! Teresita always answered my emails quickly, was kind when I needed to make some last minute changes to my layout and was super great during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. She really was the best! And the team that worked at our wedding were all amazing as well! On top of that, the venue is gorgeous! We got married in front of the manor, had cocktail hour in the center of the venue, and had the reception in the carriage house. It's such an amazing setup for any wedding. The property is amazing and the perfect backdrop for pictures too. Hard liquor isn't allowed in the venue but it honestly was not missed. This venue is DIY so you bring your own vendors but like I said, they have open houses with vendors and it's a great place to meet some (it's honestly so helpful when the vendors know the property). Their pricing online is very easy to find so no trying to guess how much it is like a lot of venues. The getting ready suites are super cute and perfect to set up in. And if your reception is inside the carriage house then it comes with tables and chairs. I think if there was one thing I would change it is that I wish we could have earlier access to the venue or be able to leave stuff for the wedding the night before. I will say a strong group of vendors does help with this so make sure you choose well. But overall, I would get married here again! I truly feel like our wedding day was perfect! (And tons of guests complimented the venue!)

It was very spacious in my opinion. I thought the front of the building could be cleaned up a bit especially for a wedding ceremony, there's like spider webs at the top in plain view. To me, it looked like a funeral setting, so bit sire I'd recommend it here for happy events lol.
