I should have cut my losses the first time but kept hoping they'd redeem themselves. My husband believed in them. What a fool he was. We went back 3 times and that's the last time I'll ever go back. What's that saying? Fool me once, fool me twice... After $150 and some 5 months of waiting (and they had the audacity to try to charge more), got it back and it's worse than before. No more chances. NOPE. I'm done. Please be warned, do NOT bring your watches here for anything. Not even a simple battery change because they will break it and it's never their fault. Then they'll offer to fix it and of course, you'd need a tune up which requires it to be sent away for months! I'm done arguing. Just wanted to warn everyone about this place. Y'all have been warned.

Initially when I saw them in their "before Broder" state, I thought the person might want to just throw them away they were so bad! Now, they don't even look like the same rings- I can't believe they look that good. Broder works wonders and goes above and beyond: my friend went to have the rings resized, but Broder meticulously cleaned them as well! I plan to keep referring, and keep coming back!
