There's apparently only one waitress ever who seemed very overwhelmed and unhappy to be at work. It also took a while to flag her down to ask for the check. The ambiance is also eerie. The taxidermy is outdated. There was no music. There seemed to be no good airflow in the restaurant. I don't mean to just write a review to be cruel. Maybe it was the type of bowl it was served in, but one of the best things about bibimbap is the crunch burnt rice at the bottom. OMG. I love the texture and the taste. Unfortunately this did not deliver. There was a hint of crispiness at the bottom but not the usual amount that I would have liked.
