Food was horrible. Orange chicken had no chicken inside. Rice had no flavor and the teriyaki chicken was cut up in large pieces instead of smaller ones. The guy seemed to have zero care about doing this and those working inside acted like they were having such a fun time doing everything but making sure the food was great for the customer. Insane !!! read more

I ordered a double protein plate (for the price of a bowl deal on the app rewards) which is the teriyaki grilled chicken, 1/2 rice and 1/2 super greens. This was a mobile order for in-store pickup. It was ready on time, but the second scoop/portion of the chicken was lacking. I wish there was a self-pickup shelf or something, or if there is a next time I will see if there is an option to pickup at the drive-thru instead. Parking is tight and shared with Red Robin, lots of traffic of folks trying to to/from Bronze Star Dr. West Sac and Natomas locations are much better of an experience. read more

Had a great experience here recently - they were super busy but keeping positive and working through the line. Room was full, kids having fun, noise level medium high - staff going quick but not missing a beat. They offered me a drink for the wait, which was very kind and unexpected. We ordered two combo plates online for in store pickup. I love that the food has been consistent. Helps that they are busy and making fresh batches often. For my order, chow mien, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken. I also got half veggies instead of full chow mien - they were nice to mix in to my very large meal! read more

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and were so happy with the service as well as the food. All of the employees were incredibly nice and even came to our table to make sure everything was good and check to see if we needed anything. The restaurant is very clean. The food was fresh and large portions. We would definitely recommend this location! read more

Panda is one of my go to places for quick food. I love their black pepper chicken and the kung pao chicken. The dishes I get are always fresh and hot. I switch between chow mein and brown rice. The firecracker shrimp is another great choice. Come to panda if want want a quick meal that is generally fresh and tasty. It is by no means authentic, but I still enjoy it a few times a year. read more

I ordered the balanced meal that had broccoli beef, chicken meat and mixed vegetables. It got to be the worst carry out food I have ever had in my life. It felt like they just put stuffs ready made in large quantities together. Broccoli was sandy, seemed not had been washed before cooking. Vegetables were so tough they could not had been cooked for more than two minutes. The meat tasted like they were left over from days ago. This will definitely be the last time I order food from them online read more

We walked in around dinner time after a long day and luckily there was not a long line. We had a short amount of time for dinner as we had an appointment and ordering was quick and got our food right away. The staff were friendly and got our order quickly. I love going here! I can't say that enough. This location is always clean and the customer service is always on point. Just fyi if you love Super Greens, try them here. They are the best I've ever tasted from this chain. They are so flavorful. Oh and the apple pie rolls are soooooo good! They are a little bigger than they look but I always order at least four. I just wish they had ice cream with them haha. Visit this location people, everything is always amazing! read more

I had amazing service at our Woodland Panda Express today! The people were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food I ordered was to help celebrate my baby sister's Birthday. We loved all we ordered. Too bad they are not allowed to accept tips since they deserve to have a tip jar! Thank you to the employees that were amazing read more

Great and clean environment! Grace served us and she was awesome! Food was great, I was satisfied!

The staff was so warm and friendly! I went back second time and they remembered me from earlier. This is something that is missing in the service industry, people don't care about you or how you are doing. But this place was different. Thank you for your great service and the food was exactly what I wanted! read more

I visited today - 5/31/23. I DO NOT recommend this place and I would NOT return to this restaurant again. I ordered a panda bowl and the bowl wasn't even full! I had already driven away before checking and did not bring it up with them however this is wrong. read more

Rice had no flavor food was cold even because I dine in . Service was not as bad but very limited in ítems.

Revisited a few months later on a Sunday evening . They had way more staff working in-store and drive thru business. Way better experience than the last time we were here. All entries were pretty much available. Look for Wade. He elevates a fun experience read more

If you go to the drive thru be prepared to wait over 20 minutes and then get your order wrong. They will tell you to park in front of the restaurant and have you wait after 24 min you finally decide to go ask for your order and they will ask you what you order and when? You show them the receipt and it was almost half and hour ago and then they will hand you an order but when you check it it's the wrong thing.. read more

HAVE AGAIN: Panda bowl with black pepper steak was very good. Always worth having. Chow mien just ok. NOT HAVE AGAIN: For drive thru, only order items that are ready. If they tell you they need 10 minutes to cook the item and you need to park in front, order something else! We waited so long we were going in to ask where are order was when we saw an employee wondering the parking lot with what turned out to be our order. She was looking for a white car, which is how they determine where an order goes. Our car is blue... read more

I ordered through door dash and one they never once told me my order was ready for pick up. Never once through the app did it say it was ready it just kept saying it was being prepared. Even after I picked up my order the app wouldn't let me say I picked it up since the people working at panda never marked it as done. When I went inside for it I had no clue if it was ready or not. So I was really surprised when it was sitting and waiting. Took it back to work and I spent $10 on 5 pieces of chicken. Really? So I called and was told this is how many pieces come with a scoop. Yea fuck this place what a rip off and a half ass answer. Cold food, shitty zero flavor rice, and no chicken. Fantastic. read more

Panda Express - Took it out of the bag and surprise barely any chicken! It may look like big pieces in the photo but nope they're small. - Chinese Near Me - Woodland, California

This Panda Express is such a hit and miss. So many times it seems like they do their best to show they care about the walk in customers but it's obvious drive though it their priority. Guys when the string beans turn brown, throw them out don't mix them with the new batch. The quality just went down the tubes. The basic PE concept is there and keeps them going but from mixing old with new and not cleaning the dining area because your too busy with the drive through just pushes me to the next building, In and Out Burger. Pro tip - before you order, walk the dining area to see if there is a clean table for you. read more

Says they close at 10pm but the doors were closed by atleast 9:35 which led to ppl making orders at the drive thru on foot. That led to orders coming out late and going to the wrong customers. There were ppl still trying to go in before 10pm while I waited. There were at least 5 employees cleaning when they still should've been working and what was said to be a 5 min wait turned into 25. Not to mention I did not receive teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken. Would give 0 stars and I'll would NOT recommend read more

Can't speak for the drive thru that most negative reviews are complaining about, but dine in experience was excellent. Staff was friendly, seemed like they were very happy in the back, laughing and hollering, it's nice to see a happy work environment. They skimped a bit on the portions but honestly you're not really supposed to eat so much fast food, esp Chinese food, we didnt even finish it all so it was plenty, and all very fresh! The manager even came around to ask if everything was okay, definitely the best Panda experience I've had :) read more

When I want something yummy and fast and it's not a burger I go to panda. So many different meats and sides to choose from. A few of my personal favorites are orange chicken, sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef. The sides I usually pick or chow me in and fried rice. Definitely go inside as you can try some of the other items they have and they are always giving samples which is great. read more

DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you trying to grab a meal real fast through the drive thru, the person tells you to pull forward while they prep the honey walnut shrimp. They said it'll take them 5 mins to have the order ready. 20 mins later, no one from Panda Express comes out. To top it off, the cars that ordered after me has all picked up their orders and left. I walked in to check on the status of my order, the worker said they already handed the meal out...Instead of admitting they're at fault for handing the order to the wrong person, they accused me of trying to get a free meal and asked their manager for assistance. I handed them the receipt, the manager said they'll get the order ready again...and it gets worse. They mentioned how the teriyaki chicken was also not ready and it'll be an additional 30 mins wait. To compensate for this incompetent service, they offered a free iced tea. Unbelievable. read more

Super slow at getting orders out, they are more consistent with leaving me hanging outside waiting on some greens for more then 25+ minutes, like literally blanched and pan fried for no time at all. Never offered compensation, always missing things, always feel ripped off here. I love panda but this location lacks. They are NOT FAST food by no means. Servings are inconsistent, and the attitude for them not taking orders or keeping up with orders is ridiculous. This place needs help. read more

My rating is still a 1 star! Doordash drivers need to be able to have access to bathrooms while keeping you in business!

Placing my order in the drive thru is extremely rushed by the girl taking your order! As soon as you get close to the speaker the damn girl is expecting you to know what you want and gets really pushy. After looking over the menu I place my order. We ordered two bowls. One with chow mein with orange chicken and the other one with fried rice and shrimp. The orange chicken didn't taste all that good and trust me I've been to a ton of Panda Express since they opened and I know what it should taste like and this place makes it different not in a good way. I ended up not eating it and threw it away that's how bad it was! My partner said the shrimp wasn't great so that got tossed also. Won't be coming back to this location ever again!!!! read more

There.was only.1 person in front of me. However they did have a lot of drive through orders. They told me that it would be a 7-8 minute wait. They told me that they would call me. I paid for my order and waited rightt next to counter. 15 minutes later I asked them. They said they had forgot abput my order. I asked for napkins and forks. They also forgot that too. I had to go back to counter and ask again for sauce, napkins because they forgot. They do not seem to care about the customers. I will try then again in the future if I have a lot of time to wait for forgetten items. read more

Jesus Christ, this place has plucked my last nerve. I work at a warehouse nearby and after work I sometimes crave panda, this is the nearest one from there, I've only been here 3 times and ALL 3 times have been disappointing they always forget at least one thing but they STILL charge me. I try not making bad reviews like this but wow, I've still yet to hear back from their manager about my incomplete orders and missing items. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. read more

This is ridiculous! We ordered a bunch of food/party platters for a birthday and we get half way home and they called us to tell us they forgot to give us half of our food!! So we had to drive back. We finally get home and open up everything and realize they didn't give us our shrimp!!! We live on the deep west side. Off Ashley. So it was annoying we had to drive back to pick up the shrimp!! Then when we send someone to pick it up NOONE there knew why we were there or what we were talking about. They had to ask someone in the back. Finally gave us the shrimp (wasn't even filled all the way). They could have gave it to us for free or offered something else for all of this! We will never go back or order from them again! read more

Really confused by how dry and tasteless the chow mein is considering that is one of their staple dishes and a usual customer favorite. They also did not have any teriyaki sauce for their teriyaki chicken, so it was just like eating salt and peppered chicken. Pretty lame. . . I love me some panda, however it's considered a fast food & I don't usually yelp fast food restaurants unless I'm dissatisfied. So here goes nothing, I came her tonight after a target run. My son was looking forward to some orange chicken, but instead we were told they didn't have enough orange chicken to complete our order, we ran into this problem with the Beijing beef as well. This isn't the first time this has happened, but they usually send us up front to wait, but that wasn't an option this time. They basically said it was going to be a wait, didn't give us an option to wait, and that was that. It wasn't like it was late at night or anything, I mean it was like 7 pm on a Saturday night! So needless to say, my kid was bummed, and this will probably be the last time we come here. read more

I love the food that is offered at panda express but depending on the location that leaves a lot to be desired. Don't go to panda express in Woodland California... they don't know what's going on!!! two times in a row I have ordered food and I've gotten empty soy sauce bags thrown in my bag making it a mess and forgetting my utensils.. the second time through the drive through they told me it will be a five minute wait on my mushroom chicken... and to pull around to The front... ugh!! I ended up waiting 25 minutes to walk in to have them go oh you don't want to mushroom chicken now. Come on people this is ridiculous!!! if you want Panda Express, I'd recommend going to another location because the people obviously don't care and have an attitude when you're asking them for the order you have already paid for!! read more

If zero-star was allowed I would give it. I have been coming here a few times as it's convenient from my house, but I would not recommend it. If you could make the trip to Panda Express in Davis along Highway 113, that is a lot better location. Here are my comparisons just between the two places: - Woodland location the portion is ridiculous, for the bowl, the food was barely touched the lid, side was small and main portion was not worth the price. Don't ever order steam rice because it was very dry and the rice portion they gave in my bowl was 80%, I had steam rice with broccoli beef and there were 3 pieces of beef total. I am Asian and can eat rice everyday, but this is more like pre-1980 Asian portions. When we ate just to get filled, then two hours later looked forward to the next meal full of rice. - There is drive-thru at Woodland, but I have to say the drive path is small and constrained. - In general every time I came, servers were always being cheap about the order. Rice is cheap so let's put in a ton, chicken or beef are more expensive so just making sure it seems like meat fills the top surface. Davis location servers seem to know most customers are hungry college students so they always give generously. - I really like Davis location Orange Chicken: smaller pieces and has the little crunchy texture due to the coating. I'm finally leaving the area officially after many many years. I hope to come back, but definitely not looking to dine at Woodland Panda Express location! read more
