JoAnna noticed we were trying to get everything finished and, without hesitation, came over to help us place stamps on our envelopes. She didn't have to do that, but her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. She was so selfless, understanding, cheerful, and caring. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we got everything mailed on time, and we are incredibly grateful. It's rare to see someone step in with such a positive attitude simply because they want to help another person. I'd also like to recognize her colleague who assisted me while I purchased the stamps.
