The lobby is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Even when the one is out the door the staff maintains their cool and still provides above standard customer service. The young lady with the dreads is usually who I end up with. At this point she knows my name. LoL! She is always so sweet and keeps a smile on her face. Everyone else I have encountered at this location has been super pleasant and helpful as well. I also love their stationery. The cards they have are nicer than the other postal offices I have been to. They come in when I'm in a clutch and need to mail out a birthday or holiday card and just want to get out of the car once. Lol. If you're in the area and need to grab you some stamps or drop some things off, head on in and experience the staff on Sunset!

It's a small location with parking directly in front of the building. The office was extremely organized and was set up with greeting cards, mailing supplies, priority envelopes, etc. The employee also made sure she greeted everyone as they came in and she appeared to truly enjoy her job. Although she was the only one in the front, she did not appear to be overwhelmed or rush the interaction. She was also very helpful with my stamp purchase and shared a stamp that was not on display that I ended up purchasing. I was surprised to see the low rating that they had. You're going to wait at the DMV and the Post Office but if you receive a positive experience don't take it out on the employees, most of the time it's unprepared customers.
