Jeff came over and was to the point, listened, offered suggestions and was realistic. He completed the job quickly. I had him install 3 pendant lights and changed my mind to 5 can lights and added a new switch. Lets just say that the cost (including can lighting) was less than $700. If you want a honest master electrician that never looks for the up-sell and truly is concerned about being honest and simply charging his labor, this is the best electrician in Dallas/Fort Worth hands down. (Please note I have hired multiple electricians and all of their business cards are in the trash.) I will say that after the job, there was a very small mess. However, my wife and I understanding the value we had just received, wanted to help clean up. He was conscious of our art and other things and asked if we could cover things up in order to not harm our tables and others. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

John Freel at TektonFence showed up on time, emailed a detailed quote, worked with me on options and in the end won my business. I'll say quality service and craftsmanship comes with a commensurate price tag. That said John did the job as described. Cleaned up more than just his work area and made my life as a landlord easier. No corners were cut and when he had his payment in hand still came back to finish up a small detail because it was the right thing to do. For reference my property is near Ferguson Rd. and I30 in east Dallas. He completed a shower re-grout, caulk and tile repair/replace. Also built up a few low spots fixed broken tiles in my kitchen and replaced wood rot near my exterior garage door. He almost hit the trifecta, fast, & good, cheap. The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.
