Let me start with this -- you can end your research now! James and MC were the two gentlemen who came to my house to review the work that needed to be done. They provided a quote and after accepting they began to work on everything immediately. I had three very large, heavy mirrors that needed to be hung (one mirror was over 200lbs), one large framed picture in my dining room, two medium sized framed pictures in my sitting room, three small pictures in my master bedroom and three TVs that needed to be installed. Throughout the entire process they were efficient yet meticulous (making sure everything was perfect), kept me in the loop with each finished project making sure I was happy and even spot cleaned marks on my walls if they happened to see them (where nothing was being hung!). They were both extremely professional and friendly and had such positive attitudes the entire time they were here, which was for 6 hours. James and MC were clearly masters of their craft and I was 100% comfortable and confident in their ability to perform each task to the highest standard. It was a privilege to have James, the owner and Miguel in our home. They did an all around fantastic job. They were timely, courteous, and paid very close attention to detail. This company is extraordinary and the owner Jim is very positive and courteous trustworthy and professional as is his staff. They move very quickly and carefully. Over the last three years they have done three projects for me totaling over 21 pieces of art and mirrors. They have done a fantastic job especially with very heavy pieces or mirrors such as hanging a 125 pound mirror above my fireplace in my patio which I didn't think they could do. Jim has been in business for many years and has a beautiful truck and comes with all the materials and equipment necessary to do a fantastic job. James and his brother were great! We had a large 6 foot x 6 foot wooden hanging over the fireplace and several curtains that were too high for us to do by ourselves. James was very efficient. He walked us through the process before doing the work, asked us to confirm the measurements before nailing them in and made a few tweaks because of issues with our wall. These guys often get customers that underestimate the work and start increasing the scope of the project. We were guilty of that, so perhaps the posters before us need to chill out - he returned your calls and was a few minutes late. They were able to find places to mount everything I needed, which was a blessing since I had no idea what should go where, nor why. I had about 25 items. They offered suggestions, but were not at all pushy. This was our 2nd time using this service. Both times (about 4 years between services) James came out and hung a heavy wall mirror our first time, and also thick wood shelf and brackets the second time. He quoted a price for the mirror and we added the shelf later. The quote was more the 2nd time for the same mirror, which he removed and rehung at our new place 4 years later, but he worked with us adding the shelf installation and we were happy with the price for both. While a number of electricians wanted to build a scaffold and charge me a ridiculous price, James had the right equipment to accomplish safely and at a reasonable price. Adrian & Trey did an amazing job hanging 3 pieces of art in our third floor stairwell. The job required two types of ladders that could be used on stairs plus the ability to level and hang all 3 pieces approximately 16' up the wall.
