From there, Alan helped guide me through the insurance process step by step--he even met with the adjuster on-site to make sure everything was documented properly. Thanks to his involvement, the insurance company ended up approving the full roof replacement, which was such a relief. The crew showed up right on time and were so professional the entire way through. They kept the yard clean and were very respectful of the landscaping around my home.
