The booking process is easy, the manager Howie is responsive and easy to work with. The drivers are always on time and courteous. On our most recent trip, there was a terrible accident on highway 99 which delayed us 7 hrs! We had multiple families traveling on together in a large van, half children under the age of 8. The kids were going stir crazy and so were the parents. The person that was not frazzled at all was our driver Johan. He was with us the whole way, taking us to dinner in Squamish, driving us around town looking for a place to entertain the kids and wait for the roads to reopen. We ended up having to hang out at a Walmart for several hours. By the time we got to Whistler was about midnight, on a 5p planned arrival. Johan never stopped being courteous, kind, and friendly. I can't imagine how tired and frustrating the ordeal must have been for him, yet he never let it showed and it made the journey so much more pleasant despite the circumstances. We've never had a bad experience with Excel.

I decided to try it out on my way back to the airport and I'm so glad I did. It was as easy as scanning my credit card at the gate, getting on the correct train. (Which arrived seconds after I did) and scanning the same credit card after arriving at the airport station. I would absolutely take advantage of the station and train on my next visit.

The station itself is clean, and there are shops inside that open later in the day as well. If bringing luggage, keep in mind that you might have to carry it down as the escalators are not always running. SAFETY I walked to the station at 5:00 am and felt relatively safe. The streets leading up to the station were empty, but once inside, people were making their morning commutes, so it felt much safer.

The buses were clean and fairly comfortable, though. There is a bathroom but we didn't use it so we can't say anything else about it other than there was one. The border check was smooth and quick on the way to Canada, but coming back to the US took longer. For those of you who smoke/vape, there wasn't anywhere to do that going back to the US. Our travel was fine, but I wish there was a sign or that the driver would remind people to use a headset or earbuds. We listened to someone play a zombie shooting game for almost the whole 4 hours back to Seattle. There were a couple of us who mentioned or kept looking over at the gamer but they were oblivious to everyone else around.

Not only were the drivers perfectly on time (ie 5 minutes early) but when we ended up being over an hour late leaving, the drivers were both super accommodating and friendly, the cars were very clean and comfortable, and (very smartly well stocked with water). I feel bad for the driver of the boys vehicle, KB who had to put up with a bit of drunken groomsmen shenanigans including harmonicas, but he tolerated it like a champ! I want to give a special shout out to the driver of the girls vehicle - Tomi. He was so courteous and willing to do whatever he could to help make out experience as calm as possible - including pulling up further to make sure I didn't have to walk as far in my wedding dress! He also picked me and my new husband up at the end of our night to drive us back home - and again he was super patient with us and even went out of his way to make sure he was driving us as close to our front door as possible. What I liked best about them other than their top of the line customer service was their pricing model. I loved that I could simply book one way trips to and from the venue for the wedding party and I didn't have to book a minimum time block of two hours or more like some other companies. The drivers were friendly, helpful and willing to indulge us with our somewhat silly requests. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

They obviously double booked and were taking advantage of the situation because it was grad season. The original plan was to take them to Stanley Park for pictures then to the prom dinner. They arrived at Stanley Park at 345, got to take 3 pictures had to rush back to the limo and got to the restaurant 45 minutes early because of the time they claimed they were booked for. Not only did they create a terrible experience for these kids but as a parent they had the driver who was a woman they also had some random old man in the passenger who she claimed was the supervisor. All in all a terrible experience, I'd never use them again. Pay a little more and get somebody reputable. I'm disappointed because the limo was gifted from my daughter's uncle and he's terribly disappointed that he got ripped off.

I was told 2 sprinter vans would accommodate that as my best option, as opposed to one large bus that would cost more. I was given a number that covers taxes, gratuities, fees, etc. When I called the next day, whoever answered tried to have me rent the expensive large bus, which was about two hundred dollars more. When I told her about my prior call for the 2 sprinter vans, then she quoted me a price $20 higher than the original quote, saying that person was using the wrong parking rate. I did not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours so I called to inquire. I still did not receive after a second inquiry. Then the guy figured out that my email was typed incorrectly. Third time is a charm! I received two invoices--itemized with hourly rate, fees etc. for the two sprinter vans. It had driver's cell phone and company's phone. Upon my group's arrival to CAN airport, I received texts that with two drivers' names and cell numbers, and that they were waiting for my party. Upon luggage retrieval, two different drivers had an ipad with my name. They took us to the vans and loaded our luggage. My group of 17 split up of course. The Mercedes sprinter vans were luxurious! They were nice, clean, and spacious. They had had high ceilings, were comfortable, and sat 10 people, not including the passenger seat next to driver, which we left empty. I had no issue my driver but my friends in the other party told me the driver was rude and unprofessional. Cost is about $10 per person less than had we taken a cab and we got to ride to the hotel together from the airport. (But a Lyft/Uber or even public transportation would have been cheaper).
