We called the night before to book a pick up for 8am. That was easy to do no problem. We ended up waking up early so we decided to call them to move our pick up time by an hour. I was on hold for what seemed like forever until someone answered. I asked for an earlier pick up and they sent someone right then. About 5 minutes later they showed up. Our driver was quiet but he drove pretty fast. Which was nice I prefer that then have him running the meter on purpose. Overall it was a good experience no issues other than the long hold time.
