My girlfriend was fine with hers (except for reason above), but 2 issues with mine. First, Kaitlyn did ask me if I wanted any area to have special attention and I said my scalp. Just before the massage ended, I think she may have massaged my scalp for a minute. Second thing: my entire massage was with me face down. My girlfriend was asked to roll over, but I remained face down the entire hour. I have never had an hour massage when only one side was treated. Despite that, I gave them each a $20 tip for their time, but neither of us are inclined to return. And if you are thinking they must have been busy that day, no. There was no one in the waiting area when we arrived and one person walked in when we were leaving. I emailed the owner to share this (not requesting a refund but as a head's up) and never heard back.
