They brought it out with cheese anyway, and my friend had already eaten half of it when the waitress casually came over and said they made a mistake. No apology. No urgency. No concern whatsoever. Just completely nonchalant. If someone has a food allergy, that's not a small mistake ... that's potentially dangerous. The fact that she treated it like it was no big deal is honestly shocking. Even worse, no manager ever came over, no one tried to make it right. Then after we finished eating, we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the check... again, with the restaurant basically empty. But the service and the way they handled a known allergy mistake was completely unacceptable.
