Everything was thoroughly laid out, she answered all our questions, her follow-up great, and very detailed oriented. While in Mexico we didn't have to wait for anything and all our reservations was clearly identified in the 3rd party company systems which made this trip hassle free. She even checked on us upon and after our arrival. We ended up extending our trip and communication throughout the entire process was 5 star treatment. She booked us VIP and it made all the difference. No surprises and the whole trip went very smooth. The week at the resort was the best vacation we had ever had. VIP service got us our own concierge with little to no waiting. Our concierge provided excellent service and a few very nice and romantic surprises for us. About half of us had done an escape room before, so we could compare differences to how Adventures of Intrigue worked. Here's the feedback: Adventures of Intrigue is really great for those that want to do an escape room without the heavy pressure/competition. Which for my family, is very fitting. It's also a WAY better option for kiddos, and seemed like some of the options were catered to kids, which is awesome. Our only complaint is we would have loved one that was really hard. The Save the Queen was rated as pretty difficult, and it still seemed pretty easy for those of us who do puzzles regularly! I don't want to compete, but I do want to be challenged. With that, the way they set things up was SO FUN and unique. Whoever thought of this has such a cool imagination. We loved searching around and finding all the little details. They did a fantastic job with setting the building up, I can't wait to see what else they add. After our escape room, we did an hour in the live video game room. They had cameras tracking our activity so we could pay games physically. Holy moly this place is COOL. Another unique concept that was a freaking blast. Spoiler alert, our team did not escape. But, our host Jonathan was helpful in providing clues when we asked and told us what we had missed when time ran out. All in all, it was a fun event! My only comment for future guests is that while our reservation allowed up to 8 people, 8 was a little tight once we got into the room. Based on the room size and activities you need to complete, you're probably better off with groups of 4-6.
